Here, the art of “bean-to-bar” chocolate making is unveiled, as premium cocoa beans are transformed into exquisite chocolate, beginning with roasting and culminating in the final bar.
The adventure starts in the sensory room, where cutting-edge “Virtual Reality 360” technology provides an engaging and immersive experience. Journey to a Peruvian cacao plantation and observe the harvesting, fermentation, and drying of cocoa beans.
The tour proceeds to the roasting room and the “chocoteca,” a climate-controlled area where chocolate is aged with spices, teas, and infusions. In the laboratory, visitors can witness the transformation of cocoa beans—from shell separation to slow stone grinding.
The experience wraps up with a guided tasting of three to five grand cru chocolates. Depending on the ticket purchased, guests will enjoy a variety of tastings.
The tour lasts about 60 minutes, accommodating up to 8 guests per session.
