It’s a warm and friendly gathering. The experience concludes with the presentation of a “Chef del Pesto” certificate and the “Recipe of Pesto,” detailing all the secrets for preparing a superb traditional trofie with pesto. The recipe is available in Italian, English, French, German, and Spanish. At the end, participants can take ritual photographs with their certificate and traditional tools. This is a private experience.

Participants will enjoy a hands-on demonstration on crafting Pesto using the Traditional Marble Mortar, where all the time-honored techniques will be shared. They will discover how to identify the finest ingredients and how to enhance them in the preparation process. Attendees will make Traditional Pesto with a Mortar using Pra basil, renowned as the finest basil in Genoa. While preparing the Pesto, they can savor “Cantina del Turin” wine, produced in Sestri Levante. This experience will allow them to appreciate Italian cuisine and immerse themselves in the local culture. Participants will receive a certificate as a Chef of Pesto and the recipe for creating a superb dish of Trofie al Pesto, complete with all our secrets. They will also have the opportunity to handle the traditional tools of Genoese cuisine.
