In this class, participants will learn to craft three types of spritzes, the quintessential Italian beverage, and create fresh, handmade pasta with a traditional sauce—all under the guidance of a local expert chef.
The session begins with an Aperol spritz, allowing you to mingle with fellow participants and meet your chef. Then, the pasta-making adventure begins.
Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll roll, cut, and cook your own pasta while mastering the art of making the perfect carbonara or cacio e pepe. As you cook, enjoy a refreshing Hugo spritz—because why not?
Once everything is prepared, savor your meal with new friends, your chef, and a delightful Limoncello spritz to conclude a perfect afternoon.

Great pasta class - Benjamin was cool and fun and the pasta and vibes were high.
We ate cacio Pepe loved it happy to come back. Great location and great drinks too.

Fun and tipsy cooking class! - So much fun! Our host Sunny was amazing and made everyone feel welcome. She kept the drinks flowing and taught us to cook amazing pasta!

Great fun making pasta! - What a wonderful couple of hours with Sherry and Gustavo. The drinks flowed, the tunes played and we made, honestly, the best carbonara we had in Rome all week.

Amazing! - Amazing, amazing, amazing… Angela made us feel at home from the start. She was welcoming and made everyone in high spirits. We had the most delicious drinks from Z and the pasta.. perfect! Angela guided us through every step to get the most delicious meal. We had the best time, music, laughs, meeting new people and eating delicious food! Highly recommend!

You must try this cooking class!!! - This cooking class was such a memorable experience. Gia was a wonderful and engaging guide who made the day both fun and informative. We shared plenty of laughs while making pasta from scratch and really enjoyed trying the different spritz varieties. I would gladly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rome.
