Past making class at Gusto in Rome - Great class to learn the traditional way of making Pasta and a must do “when in Rome” as they say! Great value, very enjoyable. Our Chef Lory was lovely and taught us very well, we can’t wait to try out making pasta at home now. 100% recommend.

Cooking Class: Pasta, Ravioli, and Tiramisu with Maria - This was absolutely an amazing experience! The class was just hands down spectacular! Our teacher Maria was just so awesome, fun, funny, nice, cheerful and educational. She was always there to help and answer any questions. I learned so much more on italian cooking then I did before. We made pasta, ravioli and tiramisu. They all came out perfectly! I HIGHLY recommend taking this cooking class!

Pasta and tiramisù with Maria - The class with Maria was fantastic! She was an amazing, cheerful, fun, funny and educational teacher and was always there to help and answer questions. We made two pastas and tiramisu which were not only delicious but easier to make than expected! It felt so welcoming and comfortable and the whole class got to sit down and eat their creations with each other afterward which was nice. It was a 10/10 experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat. We even got a recipe book in the end with all the recipes and more! It was probably the highlight of my time in Rome.

Great opportunity to lunch and learn! - We had a great class with Lory. Everything was ready for us and the class started and ended on time. Lory’s enthusiasm was contagious and cooks of all experience levels were able to participate and enjoy. The fruits of our labor were delicious!

Fantastic Class and Instructor! So excited to learn how to make ravioli! - Chef Lory was a fantastic teacher! She guided us very clearly and checked on each of us to be sure we were at the right consistency of dough and helped us get it exactly right - which is important to then do it at home. I enjoyed making the tirumisu - and learning there was no magic to it, but a good recipe and a good instructor. I am excited to make these for my family once I’m home.

No one showed up to teach the class - I showed up at 2:40 for my 3:00 class and no one was at the site the metal door was down . At 3:15 someone opened the door it was a male chef and he said he was doing a 5:00 class . This was the highlight of my trip and I was unable to do the class. I took pictures of the address and the building . I spent taxi cab fare to get there to not be able to take the class .
