Layover lunch in Rome - The cooking class exceeded our expectation and was a great way to spend our 12hour layover in the city.
Instructions were clear, concise and easy to follow, and Carlotta checked on everyone’s progress during the process. She was very friendly, funny and added to the wonderful experience. The final product was delicious and this experience was memorable. We highly recommend.

She was engaging from the start, giving clear, step-by-step directions that made even complex techniques feel manageable. Her motto—clarity is kindness—truly came to life in the way she taught. Immediate feedback helped us improve quickly and confidently, while her warm, inclusive approach built a genuine sense of community among all participants. Chef Maria didn’t just teach 3 recipes—she inspired us to love the learning process. This was more than just a class; it was an experience filled with motivation, joy, and connection. Fun activity cooking and delicious meal in Rome - This was a really fun experience. Our chef and teacher Maria was very enthusiastic and helpful. We were in a group of nine, met other people, learned to make fantastic pasta, ravioli and tiramisu and then had a delicious meal with everyone in our class. We highly recommend this for a fun family activity and good meal.

Nonna’s Learning To Make Italian Favorites - We were in a class with 18 other people. It was fun and literally “hands on”. Dani our instructor was fabulous. Very patient and did a great job of explaining each step perfectly.

Good experience - Great experience but it felt very rushed......it was a bit like a production line with groups in and out constantly. As soon as we had finished eating we were given our bill for the extra drink bought.
