Civitavecchia Tour - one of my most favorite tours and charming city ever! - We absolutely adored our guide, Mateo! What a sweet and knowledgeable young man. Mateo gave us a great time touring the incredible hot spots and historic locations and filling our bellies bordering gluttony (in a really great way, lol). The market was incredible and we even saw some serious political figures (PM and I believe the Mayor?) from there immersing with market shoppers:) The history of this gem of place and even their daily way of life leaves us in awe and envy, they really have life figured out there. PLEASE visit this place and meet Mateo, you will not be disappointed. The personal touches of this tour did not go unnoticed and we were blessed to add this to our favorite memories!

Great day in Civitavecchia - This ended up being a private tour for us and our guide, Roberta, was knowledgeable and friendly. We tasted cookies, pizza, wine and coffee before the final tasting in a treasure box at MyLord. We also learned a lot about the city while on this tour. Highly reccommend!

Lovely way to spend a morning - We had a very pleasant morning learning about Italian food, history and architecture. Roberta was a very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable guide.
This was a nice alternative to the crowds and heat and hassle of Rome!

Fantastic tour and guide. Roberta was the best. Highly recommend! - This was the best tour! Our guide Roberta was the best. I have a mobility scooter and she was always there to help me get down steps, or to walk short distances with her help. It was such and enjoyable day. She is extremely knowledgeable and the stops we made were perfect. We enjoyed all the food we got to try, especially lunch and the perfect finale of gelato. This was one of our favorite tours during our 5.5 week trip throughout Europe. We were in Rome two years ago and we decided to explore the port city. We are so glad that we did!

The best tour ever! - Wonderful tour of a very interesting city done by a very knowledgeable tour guide who clearly loves Civitavecchia. Roberta (pronounced with a rolling R, please) shared the long history of the city in an engaging way. Tasting food from the region really adds to the tour. Roberta was very aware of the needs of guests who had mobility issues and she was quick to help. A reasonable & easy amount of walking and at an easy pace and with plenty of stops too. I can’t imagine how this tour could be improved soon! Thank you, Rrrroberta, I wish you led all our tours!! Caio Caio! 😊

Five Star Tour - The walking tasty tour with Roberta was incredible. She gave us stories of Civatecchia’s long history, and we tasted an amazing amount of local cuisine. This tour with Trip Advisor was so much better - and less expensive - than the tours promoted by the cruise line.

Cititecchia Food, Wine & History - Tour was an excellent combination of history, culture and food of Civitecchia. Make sure to bring your appetitie. Breakfast cookies with wine, a pizza snack and a full lunch with wine and gelato is included with the tour.
