Easy - Bit of a walk to the end of the terminal after a long haul flight, but easy enough from that point. The distance from airport to CBD with traffic can be quite long, having this booked gave peace of mind.

The Best Airport Transfer Service in Istanbul - This team is amazing. They are super organized and always available. I’ve used them twice now while visiting Istanbul and have no issues what so ever. They are responsive, kind, and understanding of any last minute changes that I’ve made (address/time of pickup). The drivers are professional and their fleet of vehicles (Mercedes transport vans) are best in class. The price is worth it. Highly recommend!

Unbeatable Prices Port to Hotel and/or Hotel to Airport! - Kubi was outstanding to communicate and work with. I contacted him to arrange transportation from the Istanbul port to our hotel at the end of our cruise. We kept in touch with each other through What’s App as our disembarkation day approached. Everything went smoothly and his driver picked us up at the designated location outside the terminal. Like most people, I think anyway, I first contacted our hotel regarding transportation from the port to the hotel. For perspective, the distance from ship to hotel is a 15’ drive maximum. The hotel quoted me TRIPLE the price that Kubi quoted me. Really! We were traveling with two other couples and I provided them Kubi’s contact information as well after receiving Kubi’s quote. All of us used his transportation service to get to Istanbul (IST) Airport to catch our flights home as we were departing on different days and times. Again, his prices are unbeatable. Be sure to contact him before booking another service. The only thing I noticed, from the two times I utilized his service in Istanbul, is the vans/cars are dated. With that said, the drivers were professional, on time, we got from point A to B and, for us, the savings far outweigh being picked up in an older vehicle.

Not the Smooth Transfer I Was Expecting - We arrived at the designated location where we were promptly met by a representative who escorted us, along with six other passengers, to another level of the airport. There, a second staff member reconfirmed our names and began coordinating the arrival of the vehicles. Unfortunately, our experience from that point on was less than ideal. Although cars arrived one by one to collect passengers, we ended up waiting for 40 minutes for our vehicle—while several people who arrived after us were picked up and left before us. Despite multiple inquiries, the staff member coordinating the cars repeatedly assured us the car would arrive in “5 minutes.” When the car finally did show up, it was noticeably unclean. Used water bottles and tissues from previous passengers were still inside, which was quite disappointing. While I would definitely consider using a transfer service again for the convenience it offers, I’m uncertain if I would choose this particular company in the future.
