Bosphorus sunset cruise - A lovely relaxed way to spend the early evening, seeing and learning about parts of Istanbul you would otherwise not see. Lovely touch to have delicious snacks and drinks. Robert was very welcoming and helpful.

Great tour with a nice... - Great tour with a nice yacht. The guide was very knowledgeable and the service was excellent.

Great way to see the beautiful city of Istanbul! - We did the 10:30 AM tour and Robert was our guide. The yacht was sleek, beautiful, and impressive, especially when docked. among all of the standard river ferrries and taxis.The staff was great and wasted no time, one we were on our way in serving our beverages and fruit and dessert snacks. Robert was very personable and gracious when answering all of our questions about the city. We spent the first hour, cruising the European side, and the second hour cruising back along the Asian side. It’s a great way to see the city from a new perspective. Highly recommend this tour!

Wonderful Bosphorus Sunset Yacht experience! - We had a wonderful experience with sunset yacht and highly recommend . Robert has been a friendly and knowledgeable guide who enhanced our overall experience. Also Batukan hospitality was also excellent.

Nice cruise, but no - We booked this cruise because they offered wine in the description of the activity, and cruising around with a glass of wine sounded quite relaxing. Unfortunately there was no option to purchase wine on this cruise, only beer, and I unfortunately am not a beer person. This is the only reason for 4 stars, rather than 5, for I was excited for the wine.
Otherwise a nice cruise. Guide was friendly and knowledgeable about the city. Boat was spacious and comfortable.

Would have been better in summer - The yacht was really nice and the staff were great but unfortunately it was a tad cold and the blankets were not suitable.
The tables were a little unstable and resulted in two drink spillages so hold onto your drinks.

Sunset cruise - Gorgeous views! Knowledgeable tour guide.
Snacks were much appreciated and service of the staff was great.
The weather was cold and rainy, which was not ideal. Glad to have had blankets provided to keep warm.
Would have been nice to meet in place where we can shelter from the weather.
I would have preferred if there was no smoking on the boat, the smell made half our group nauseous.
I would recommend during the warmer months of the year.

Viator Needs to Provide more details. - Fellow travelers who booked this trip through Trip Advisor got a photo of the guide who'd meet with a sign, and explicit directions where to meet. Viator did not, and we spent a half hour wandering the shoreline asking where to go. Also, your Viator notification pops up on my iphone lockscreen and NEVER goes away no matter what I do to delete it. Even turning off Notifications doesn't work. As for the tour--a routine city ferry ride. Okay, but nothing special.
