Fantastic tour in Istanbul - My sister and I are so very glad we booked this tour for our very short trip to Istanbul. We only had one full day in Istanbul and wanted to make the most of it. We had never been to the city before and we sadly don't speak the language, so we decided to book a tour guide to help us maneuver around the city and make the best use of our time. Erkan was an amazing tour guide. He picked us up at our hotel at our chosen time, then we took the ferry from the Asian side where we were staying back over to the European side. He let us customize our tour, so I asked specifically to see a flower market (I'm an avid gardener back home), which he was happy to do. We also walked through the spice market and Grand Bazaar, visited the Hagia Sofia (it was fantastic to be able to skip the really long line to get into the tour guide line), the Basilica Cistern, and the Blue Mosque, had a great lunch, visited some stores that my sister was interested in (rug making and jewelry), bought souvenirs, and just had a really great time seeing the sights. Erkan stayed with us to get us back to Kadikoy on the ferry, then walked us through some local markets there before delivering us back to our hotel at the end of the day. Erkan was a fantastic tour guide. He was personable, knowledgeable, and made us feel very comfortable walking around a new city. I highly recommend the tour and him as the tour guide.

Very informative tour of the Old City - It was a nice walking tour on the first day of our stay in Istanbul. It gave us a very good overview of the city. Kemal’s knowledge of Istanbul helped us understand the historical details of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Basilica cistern. Note that these places require an entrance fee (except Blue Mosque). Kemal helped us purchase our skip-the-line tickets and we found out we could also buy them online ourselves. We ended the tour with a visit to the grand bazaar where vendors tend to sell items at a higher price to tourists. Make sure to bargain many times before buying anything.

Great experience with Volkan - Volkan was very helpful and sensitive to what we were hoping to see. He customized the tour just for us as Topkapi is closed on Tuesdays and he substituted another site for us

Private cultural tour through Istanbul - It was simply amazing. Our guide was extremely helpful, informative and competent by explaining us not only the monuments we visited, but also the whole history of the city. We can only recommend to book a private tour with him. Last but not least, we could skip all queues because we were on a private tour.

Fun informative tour - Erkan knows a lot about the city and its history and told it in a very fun and funny way. He also suggested places to get food and stuff where locals go ( to avoid tourist traps). Tickets are sold separately so you can choose what you wanna visit. We had a great time :)

Lovely way to see the old town sights - Kemal was a very knowledgeable guide and had great energy as we visited the various locations in the old town. His photography skills were very much on show and he knew where the best spots to take photos were. Whilst we had a wonderful day and Kemal adjusted and adapted to itinerary to suit our interests, the company’s approach to how the additional entrance fees should be purchased left little to be desired. They should advise up front ahead of the tour commencing what the cost is and what currency should be used to pay. Overall a good tour.
