Excellent service - I loved the tours. Wagner is very attentive and supported throughout the trip. Every day I got in touch to find out if we had been well taken care of by the transfers and guides. I highly recommend it.

Unmissable! - Isla Negra is incredible! The winery tour was very instructive. Only the tasting was a little rushed, I think it was due to closing time (we were the last group).

I was SCAMMED by the TourGo agency - I was SCAMMED by the TourGo agency. I completed 4 tours while still in Brazil. The information they present on the website leaves a lot to be desired: 1°) "TourGo is a "complete" agency to facilitate and speed up your trip" - There are no vans, they have partnerships with tourism agencies that have vans and put you on the tour, and you pay extra for that; 2°) "Our Commitment is to your safety and comfort on the itineraries" - On my first ride, I went in a small car and sat in the front seat because the car was full and, the worst thing is that the driver smelled of sweat. 3°) "..ensuring that our customers enjoy high quality services..." - On my third tour, they put me in a van from the tourist agency "Bora Pro Chile", a crowded van, including an 8-month-old child on his mother's lap and, the father holding several bags, sitting next to me, making me uncomfortable. I paid for 4 tours, to have Brazilian guides, I went on two tours with Spanish guides. I inform you once again that: TourGo DOES NOT HAVE VANS OR SMALL CARS, They have partnerships with agencies that have vans and place you in one of them, CHARGING MORE EXPENSIVE PRICES, of course, they need to pay the partner agency and still make a profit with our money. The rating of this company on TripAdvisor is very high, perhaps because I was traveling alone, I was not offered what was agreed and paid for. It was really a shame! I do not recommend!!
