Must Do Excursion - The sailing from Cancún to Isla Mujeres was amazing. The weather was beautiful. The tour guides were very nice to everyone. Everyone should go on this tour if they have an opportunity.

the best tour! - had the absolute best time on this tour! I was skeptical at first because there weren't many reviews for this tour, but it ended up being one of the most fun activities we did on this trip. We also decided to upgrade our tour package to a smaller boat, which you will have the option of doing for a cost. Staff were super attentive and fun, and the food was amazing. Just make sure you're on time because they are very strict with departure times!

Great Day - Awesome Crew & Variety - Great day with a lot of variety. The adventure includes return transportation from your hotel to the ferry dock, snorkeling, lunch, all drinks, time to visit the town of Isla Mojeras and a beautiful sail back to Cancun. The crew were very friendly, extremely customer serviced focused and so organized. Truly a well run ship. It is a busy boat with a bit of party atmosphere so if you are looking for a quiet day on the water this is likely not the adventure for you. Great day overall!

good experience - The tour was fun and the staff was very accommodating… although, the snorkeling was too fast and they gave me a defected left foot flipper. it was just too crowded at the site that’s why the guide was in a hurry

Fun but disappointing - Pick up was prompt. There were more people on the boat than expected. Snorkeling was fun but chaotic due to how many people (50) or more snorkeling all at once. Bumping into each other. The advertised experience included spiniker however that was not included or even offered. That was one of the main reasons I booked this one over the other advertised offers. We were disappointed in the false advertising. The island was nice. Had plenty of time to explore.

Horrible - Excursion provider could not find a ride which was included in the excursi9n and failed to notify Viator of the cancellation. I need my money back. On top of that, ai had to contact them to find out they couldn't pick me up.

Only for young people who want to party - Unfortunately, I had imagined sailing a sailboat The boat had sails but sailed exclusively with engine It was totally full of people barely space The whole time there was a very loud sonication of music That was already bordering on torture Since I am in ill health I did not want to snorkel but just a little swim near the boat That was not possible ess that I was not allowed to go into the water Staying on the island was so far ok A couch on the beach you had to pay Overall, this is for young celebratory people who like to be bottled by the crew

Scammers - These tour operator cancelled 40min AFTER the start time of out tour leaving us eiwht nothing to do all day and missing out on the Sumidero Canyon - they scammers - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS !!!

Please Give this trip a miss for your own sanity !!!!! - The transfer took 2.5 hours each way, and a delay of 2 hours pick up. Never again. We got back to our hotel at 10 pm so we missed our evening dinner.
