Great snorkel tour. - We had a wonderful time with Roberto and Hyme/Jimmy! It was a great time with a small group and more personal attention. Roberto pointed out many sea creatures to the group- barracudas, puffer fish, and lobsters. Jimmy’s ceviche was wonderful for lunch/ snack.

Awesome crew with great customer service. Home made ceviche was fantastic! Take anti-nausea medications as the waves are unpred - Great tour with intimate experience with small kids with first time snorkeling. We brought our own full face mask which was easier for the kids.

Best excursion in Isla - Amazing excursion! The staff was beyond friendly, very helpful. Our tour guide stayed with us, helped us directed us in the water. He was amazing as well. The fresh ceviche was incredible. The waters were beautiful.

Perfect experience with Felipe & Lolo - The tour led by Felipe and Lolo was absolutely perfect. Felipe really made us enjoy MUSA and the coral reef in Isla Mujeres. His knowledge and enthusiasm brought the underwater museum and the reef to life. An unforgettable experience!

Wonderful Snorkeling Experience at Isla Mujeres - We had a wonderful time snorkeling with our guide Felipe and captain Lolo. We were part of a small group (12 people) and Felipe made sure to take great care of us the entire time. They were very conscious of the fact that we had two kids with us, 8 and 6 years old, and made sure to assist us as needed and give clear and useful instructions to make the snorkeling experience wonderful. Felipe led the entire group in the water throughout our tour and was sharing with everyone his knowledge of the fish and other sea creatures we have encountered including: barracuda, stingray, sea turtle and many different kinds of fish. I highly recommend this tour.

Amazing, safe, delicious. - Felipe and Lolo were the absolute BEST! They were funny, kind, made sure we were all safe. Felipe pointed out all the cool sea life and knew all the names of the fish species. The ceviche made fresh onboard was amazing as well. Highly recommend them both! Thanks you guys

Nice View But Needed more communication - We signed up for the snorkeling tour of MUSA in Isla Mujeres excited to explore the famous underwater museum and enjoy a relaxing excursion. There was very little communication or explanation from the tour guide. He gave us our equipment at the beginning and let us try it out in the shallow water for a few minutes, which was fine. But then, out of nowhere, he announced that we were going to swim all the way to a distant lighthouse—and that the boat would be leaving us there. I was honestly shocked. The current was strong, and it quickly became exhausting. I had no option to get back on the boat, and I started swallowing salt water every time I tried to lift my head. It felt unsafe, and I was extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the guide didn’t seem fully comfortable with English, which made the instructions even more confusing. There was no clear indication of when or where we were supposed to see the underwater sculptures, which was the main reason we booked the tour in the first place. I ended up not seeing a single one—just some fish and coral. There was no narration or guidance about what we were looking at or what to expect. It all felt very unstructured. After snorkeling, we were taken to lunch, but drinks were not included. My spouse ordered 2 alcoholic beverages, and they were nearly double the price of what you’d normally pay in the area. We actually spent more on the drinks than we would’ve on a full meal elsewhere. Overall, the trip felt disorganized, tiring, and underwhelming. I left feeling disappointed, and honestly, a bit upset. I didn’t even take the boat back after lunch; I was too frustrated. I wouldn’t recommend this tour unless you’re a strong swimmer and fluent in Spanish
