Great time - The boat ride can be rough. Bring Dramamine with you. There are no pharmacies on the island! Once on the island though, it’s beautiful.

Excellent ferry service! - Absolutely perfect from start to finish. The lads went above & beyond for us. They took my two daughters into the controls room & let them sit in the captains seats! Aodan in particular was spectacular,he then took us down to the bar and got us drinks, treats or what ever we needed. Spacious, clean boat. The crossing was very smooth. Would highly recommend aranisland ferries & will certainly be availing of them on our next visit!

Great day trip! - Great full day trip. Leaves dock in Galway @ 930am, arrives Inish Mor @ 11:00am. Smooth ride. Helpful & friendly crew. Leaves island @ 330pm, ride past Cliffs of Moher, return to Galway @ 6pm. Definitely recommend either ebike or hop on/hop off bus, island is hilly and unless you want a workout do not get a regular bike or expect to see much by walking.

Go somewhere off the beaten trail! - I honestly thought this was a great experience. We probably didn't give it as much time as it deserved, but for a few hours we enjoyed the scenery, took a horse and trap ride around most of the island (too windy to bike). hit a cute pub and brief shopping

Nice visit to the Aran island - Boat crew is nice no amenities on the boat . Weather was a bit rough but not bad. Dock to dock service easy checkin process. Once you get to the Aran island many locals waiting to offer van trips around the island and bike rentals. The island is nine miles long and not capable of walking the island in the time of the day trip

Bad attitude - We got on the 9am bus to go to Rossaveel The girl working for the company who was scanning the tickets has to manners whats so ever. When we was passing the que she was barking to the customers “move move” while rolling her eyes and tutting then when she came beside my mother who can be hard of hearing shouts beside us “scoot” in a brass tone! now that is no way to speak to paying customers or as a matter of fact any one at all. Then getting on the bus when she scanned the tickets again “get on” no please or thank you. Being spoken to like this put a dampen on the day being told to “scoot” as if we’re nothing Will not be using the service again

Terrible commercial practice - I don’t understand this business. The weather is highly unpredictable in this area, and even with 45mph wind gusts no refunds are given. How does that make for a good experience? This business is not run properly. Even the tour and bike vendors on the islands refunded us and suggested we not travel that day. Recommendation: Don’t buy tickets in advance because they will keep your money no matter how inclement the weather.
