A Journey into the Heart of the Amazon

The Amazon River, with its sprawling waters and lush surroundings, has always been a place of intrigue and wonder for me. As a biologist and environmental activist, the opportunity to explore the Amazon’s rich biodiversity and witness conservation efforts firsthand was a dream come true. My journey began in Iquitos, a vibrant city that serves as a gateway to the Amazon. From the moment I arrived, the air was thick with anticipation and the promise of adventure.

Our guide, Anderson, was a fountain of knowledge, his passion for the region evident in every word he spoke. Discovering Monkey Island
