Day 1
Iquitos - Begin with a hotel pickup and transfer to the Bellavista Nanay port.
Embark on a comfortable and secure traditional boat for a journey along the Amazon River, where you can admire the stunning scenery as the river winds through the vibrant jungle.

Day 1

Experience a visit and dance with the tribe, who have long been stewards of the region’s biodiversity, utilizing their extensive knowledge of plants and natural medicine to thrive in this challenging environment. Their rich oral traditions have preserved stories and myths that explain their origins and connection with nature.
Iquitos Amazon Region - MONKEY ISLAND – Neyser:
Continue the adventure along the Amazon, entering a creek to see monkeys in their natural habitat. Upon arrival, be welcomed by various monkey species, where you can learn about them, feed them, play with them, and take photos, all in their natural surroundings!
Iquitos Amazon Region - Arrive at the Lodge, where a brief overview of the lodge’s sustainability practices and its surroundings will enhance your understanding of the jungle.
Lunch: Enjoy typical jungle dishes. (Please notify us in advance for vegetarian options.)
SWIM IN THE AMAZON: After lunch, enjoy a 30-minute rest, followed by a refreshing swim in the Amazon River, experiencing its beaches and participating in a “flowering bath” in the black mud.
Iquitos Amazon Region - AMAZON SUNSET:
Witness the breathtaking sunset over the Amazon River (weather permitting) and possibly spot pink dolphins (seasonal).

Iquitos Amazon Region - NIGHT EXCURSION:
Embark on an evening walk through the lush jungle to observe various species of insects, tarantulas, frogs, scorpions, monkeys, and nocturnal birds.
Day 2
Iquitos Amazon Region - AMAZON SUNRISE: Observe the sunrise, accompanied by the sounds and sights of various bird species.

Iquitos Amazon Region - WILDLIFE RESCUE CENTER:
Visit the Wildlife Rescue Center (“Fundo Rony”) to see and interact with various wild animals such as sloths, monkeys, macaws, toucans, boa constrictors, and turtles. This visit provides a valuable opportunity to learn to appreciate and respect Amazon wildlife.
Note: Animals at this center are kept in enclosures temporarily as they receive care before being released back into the wild.
Iquitos Amazon Region - AMAZONIAN TRAPICHE:
Savor a tasting of artisanal macerates like camu camu, “7 roots,” and ginger, offering a chance to benefit from their medicinal properties. These infusions provide health benefits such as boosting the immune system with vitamin C from camu camu, enhancing digestion and promoting vitality with “7 roots,” and alleviating digestive discomfort and nausea with ginger.
Iquitos Amazon Region - PIRANHA FISHING:
Prepare for an artisanal fishing tour, where the guide will demonstrate local techniques for fishing piranhas or other species using the same materials that jungle inhabitants use for subsistence.
Iquitos Amazon Region - Buffet Lunch: Enjoy typical jungle dishes.
After lunch, take some time to relax, explore the surroundings, or enjoy the camp’s pool.

Iquitos Amazon Region - NIGHT CANOEING & CAIMAN WATCHING:
Set out in canoes to search for caimans, learning about their role in nature and then safely releasing them.
Day 3
Iquitos Amazon Region - Lodge breakfast.
Iquitos Amazon Region - BOTANICAL WALK:
Take a botanical walk to discover the main trees and medicinal plants found in the Amazon.
Iquitos - YANAYACU RIVER NAVIGATION:
Embark on a “peque peque” boat to navigate the Yanayacu River, a remote jungle area rich in biodiversity, with lush forests, winding rivers, and unique wildlife.
Iquitos - GIANT TREE TRAIL:
Aim to reach the giant tree where you can make a wish to Mother Nature at the base of the Lupuna tree.
Iquitos Amazon Region - YAGUAS INDIGENOUS TRIBE:
Learn about the Yaguas tribe, whose ancestors were discovered by Francisco de Orellana during his first Amazon exploration in 1541. This visit allows you to explore their ancestral customs, admire their traditional attire made from palm fibers, and even test your aim with the “pucuna” (blowgun) that the Yaguas have used for centuries to hunt.
Iquitos - Buffet Lunch at the Lodge: Enjoy typical jungle dishes.
After lunch, take some time to relax, explore the surroundings, or enjoy the pool. At the appropriate time, board the boat to return to Iquitos.
Plaza de Armas de Iquitos - Return to Iquitos (Plaza de Armas) around 5:30 pm.
