Outstanding night learning about Brazilian food and drink - Erica is so fun to learn from! She taught us so much about all of the best foods to eat throughout Brazil, fresh tropical fruits, the best desserts, and delicious steak. Highly recommend joining her for the evening.

Absolutely 5 stars - learn about foods, fruits and history of Brazil - Absolutely 5 stars! Chef Erica and her assistant, Victoria, were incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the food, fruits, and ingredients but also the history of Brazil, and made the experience unforgettable. By the end of the session, we were completely full, and our expectations were not just met, but exceeded. It was the perfect way to kick off our trip! Thanks to their expertise, we gained new perspectives on food, which made the rest of our trip even more enjoyable. Whether dining at steakhouses or shopping at local markets, we knew exactly what to ask for and buy. Highly recommend this experience!

The Perfect Introduction to Brazilian Culture - It was an amazing experience! Our group started the trip with a delicious cup of coffee near the meeting spot. Chef Erica was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about introducing us to Brazilian products — explaining their origins and how they are used in daily life. With lots of fun and informative stories, we got a deeper understanding of the local culture and people. At the studio, we were introduced to Chef Erica’s assistant, Victoria. Together, they guided us through tasting delicious food and drinks, exploring traditional dishes, and learning fascinating facts about Brazilian lifestyle, history, and culture. Overall, it’s a highly recommended experience!

Cultural and History Knowledge with a Culinary Taste of Brazil - Erika, our chef and tour guide, was an absolute delight. Her knowledge of Brazil extended far beyond the culinary realm. The studio was adorned with vibrant colors, creating a quaint and relaxing ambiance. We had the privilege of savoring a diverse array of Brazilian dishes, which felt like a culinary journey across the entire country. Towards the end of our meal, we were left feeling incredibly satisfied and content.

Taste of a lifetime! - They exceeded our expectations! We didn’t eat lunch and at the end we were so full. The tasting items were delightful. Chef Erica is knowledgable about food, Brazil, culture, geography and history. Her assistant chef was nice. Endless laughters, endless conversations and lots of cherished memories and knowledge gained about Brazil. We highly recommend to do this before any excursion and prior to exploring Brazil. We appreciated Brazil so much more.

cheapskate neglected version of what’s advertised. We went to McDonald’s afterwards! - This was a very disappointing tasting with Vicky & Erica last night. We went to McDonald’s afterwards! We paid US$170 for 2 people and we got a very cheapskate and neglected version. On your website, there’s a breakdown of the food items. We didn’t receive ANY meat (as stated there will be 3 cuts of meat). We only got 1 alcoholic beverage (as stated there will be 5). We only got 2 out 5 bar foods. 2 out of 5 desserts. There are also many other items missing (see attachments, where we outlined missing items. Pictures from your website). The items that were available to us, was very small portions. For instance, only 1 cheese bread roll, only 1 qual egg. The fruits are 1 papaya divided by 9 for our group so you get only 1 small piece of fruit. There was not enough to take a second piece. We were impressed by the reviews and that’s why we booked this specific tasting. For instance people mentio chef Alex, and that they were full after the tasting because of the big portions they got and they posted different pictures than what we received. We got a downgrade compared to the reviews. We didn’t receive a significant part of the food items. It looked completely different experience comparison to the list of food items on the website and pictures of previous tours. In addition, the tour started 30 minutes late and the first food was served 6.30 pm. Erika later apologized for “5 minutes late”, but in reality they showed up a a few minutes after 6 pm and then took time to setup and prepare. We were not notified that tour starts late. This is a ripoff for the money paid. We want our money back and management seriously has to look into not providing the same quality food tasting for everyone. It looks like some days food tasting is good experience and some days is money saving.
