Perfect day getaway - Our tour guide Phil was awesome and very knowledgeable throughout our trip to Death Valley, lots of fun facts! We did Death Valley with the stargazing and every stop was super cool, we had plenty of time to explore at each stop and we never felt rushed. Once the sun went down we did the stargazing, Phil had yoga mats for everyone to lay down on which was a bonus! It was a perfect ending to an amazing day, and Phil was the perfect guide!

Awesome tour - Super fantastic tour. Phil was the best guide! He knew so many facts and told us all of the stories. There was ample time at each location and plenty of time to hike trails. The snacks were pretty cool, too. Would definitely do this again!

Amazing views without the stress - The whole tour was an amazing experience. From the convenience of being picked up and dropped off on the strip to the snacks and drinks provided it took all the stress out and allowed us to focus on having a great time. Our guide Phill was amazing and made the drive more interesting with his facts along the way. We got to see all of the landmarks we wanted to without feeling rushed. Phill was very helpful all through the trip and took amazing photos of us. The tour itself was amazing but Phill really elevated the experience and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit the park

Best experience on a tour ever! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 - I had the absolute best time on the Death Valley Stargazing Tour! We started off the day early and we had plenty of time at all the stops along the way. February was a great time to do this tour because the temps were not bad at all. Your tour guide helps you out with photos and they know so much amazing history and information about the areas you are visiting. The sunset at Bad Water Basin was beautiful. And the star gazing is something that I will always remember. I highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a memorable experience. The photos don’t even do it justice. 10/10 🤍

If you're a space geek... - If you're a space geek like me, you have no excuse not to go if you can. The overall tour is fantastic itself if you don't mind being in a car for a good chunk of the time but otherwise, at the end of it, just take in the sights of the milky way and the beautiful universe. That's truly a view worth giving everything for.

Amazing Private Tour Experience - TLDR: the prviate tour offered by MaxTour is worth every penny; Friendly staff & professional & effective communication. We went on 2 back to back private tours: The grand canyon west one & the death valley one. Shout out to our tour guides: C.J & Scott, both are excellent. Would use again

Long but worth it - Long day but so worth it. Don't need to pack lunch as you can buy it at the ranch. Drink lots of water as it is dry in the valley areas.

An unforgettable Death Valley Experience - Our Death Valley tour with MaxTour on 04/11/2024 was an unforgettable experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Jonny. Jonny took us to the most amazing places, sharing fascinating stories and giving us plenty of time to soak in the beauty of each location. His knowledge and passion truly shone throughout the day. For example, he explained the science behind the colorful rocks and the history of the borax mines that once operated there. What stood out to me was his deep respect for the natural beauty of Death Valley and his emphasis on preserving it for generations to come. The highlight of the night was when Jonny used his adorable little laser pointer to teach us about stars, planets, the Milky Way, zodiacs, and constellations. It was an unexpected bonus that left us in awe—he’s practically an astronomy expert! Jonny also went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. He provided yoga mats for stargazing, brought snacks and drinks for us, and even took countless photos so we could focus on the moment. His thoughtfulness added such a personal touch, making the day even more special. To our surprise, we were the very first group of MaxTour’s Death Valley tour edition, and Jonny made sure it was an extraordinary start. Thanks to his tireless efforts, this day easily ranks in the top 5 experiences of my entire US trip. Thank you, Jonny, and MaxTour for an incredible day. I would absolutely love to have Jonny as my guide again in the future!

I took 2 tours: Death Valley stargazing & Antelope Canyon - I took two trips with Max Tours (after a lot of research) and they were both exceptional and it's so hard to pick a favourite! Death Valley stargazing tour: This is a new tour introduced by Max Tours and I am so so glad that they did. Johnny was our main tour guide and we also had Amber with us. Being one of the closest national parks from Vegas, the travel time is relatively lesser. The two reasons for this awe-inspiring trip were the unique scenery in Death Valley and the attention to detail by Max Tours. Salt flats, unique rock formations, naturally coloured rocks, the darkest nights, the lowest point on earth - death valley had it all and honestly I felt like I was on another planet. Johnny gave us lots of snacks, water, restroom breaks, information and stopped at amazing restaurants for food (not included in the price). He picked and dropped us off at our individual hotels and took many pictures for us. The stargazing was mesmerizing and they even arranged surprises for us. For the price you pay for this tour, you get maximum value and the most memorable day. Antelope canyon tour: Cash was our guide for this tour and he was so much fun! This tour does have a lot of travelling but the music that Cash played, the information he kept giving us and the restroom breaks made the travel time seem lesser. The lower antelope canyon has to be the most amazing place that I have seen in my life, you get different local guides for this tour. The horse shoe bend was great and since we were doing very well on time, we got to visit Glen canyon and do a small hike as well. I was the only vegetarian in the group and Cash ensured that I got a burrito. This tour feels worth it because food is included and you get to see amazing places. Finally, the customer service of Max Tours was super helpful to me on two occasions before the tour. Take the tours with these guys or you're missing out on something amazing! I'll be back with my husband for more tours.

Amazing tour! - I did the Death Valley stargazing tour with Jonny and it was just amazing! I’ve never seen such an incredible landscape. Jonny was an awesome tour guide and I loved that we were just a small group. The tour ended with the stargazing and Jonny even brought a telescope and Yoga mats so we could lay down. I would highly recommend the tour!
