No overhang on top deck - I found the tour very good but let down by the bus not having an overhang like other City Sightseeing buses so had to sit on the lower deck but other than that the audio and tour was good

Tour of Inverness - We always find these handy tours so I had booked one for Inverness as well. This is not that extensive but takes you to all relevant places. We thought he was fine.

Inverness return - Only used it to get back to Inverness from Loch Ness Trip, not many stops listed so didn't stay on..

Very average . - Not many points to see in the city but took advantage of bus going to boat for loch ness cruise which was very good with comentator keeping us amused

Sadly disappointed - With only 1 bus running we didnt have time to get off bus to explore area because you would be stuck at each sop fir an houring wakting for bus to come back

Not the best experience. - It felt a bit impersonal for what’s meant to be a tour. The audio is very hard to hear on top deck. Limited History of Iverness. The driver wasn’t very engaging— didn’t acknowledge anyone getting off the bus even with it saying Thank you. A heads-up for the ladies: if you’re sitting on the top deck with your hair down, take a brush! The stop at the little farm is nice, but the final leg of the trip will definitely leave your hair in a state. Not the most enjoyable hop on hop off bus we’ve experienced in the past two weeks.

WORST ONE WE’VE BEEN ON!!!!! - The driver today was not so engaging with the tourists or made you feel welcomed onboard. The audio was hard to hear upstairs especially when going out of town area. Saw very little of any significance and Would be better to walk the streets to see what’s around.

Not happy. - We were at a stop outside of the city and the bus was late over 50 minutes. We called a taxi to get back to the city. There was no one to reach to find out where the bus was. We were late for our next engagement. They also changed a stop ( had a sign) so we had to run to the next stop. We saw the bus stop at the one that they supposedly changed. Needless it was a very frustrating experience. Considering Viator does not give money back if you have e to cancel sue to illness for tours and then this happens!! Will not use this sight again if this is how things are.
