Winter holiday season in South Tyrol - The tour was not available on the given date, so I could have it one day after or one day before. I chose one day after and it was the day when it snowed 40 cm in the Alps. We could not make it to Innsbruck, but Matteo offered a memorable experience. First we were into the snow until the frontier, in Gries bei Brenner, then, besides Vipiteno (Sterzing) and Bressanone (Brixen) which we could see (the info point in the city has a booklet writing about the most important Christmas markets in South Tyrol which are Boze, Sterzing, Brixen, Bruneck and Meran), we went up the mountains to Ortisei (St. Ulrich) and down after sunset to Chiuso (Klausen). In Ortisei (over 1200m high) we saw a place where all 3 languags of South Tyrol are spoken. In Chiuso it was a medieval market where I could see some presepe (like in Naples) and a role play on the street. I tried the mulled wine in all of them, as you can see from the pictures. This made me with to see also the Christbahnl up Bolzano, as Matteo advised, on the next day. A perfect experience for the winter holiday season. Looking forward to see the region in summer as well.

Great tour of the Christmas Markets - Great tour up the Adige valley from Bolzano to Innsbruck for the Christmas Market with stops on the way back in Vipiteno, Bressanone and Chuisa Christmas Markets. Matteo gave us a quick guided tour around Innsbruck before leaving us to wander around. Matteo was very friendly and knowledgeable and managed a detour to get around a traffic jam on the autostrada. Very enjoyable and highly recommended.

Trento markets - Typical markets with many wooden houses, where it is possible to buy very beautiful artisan works and food products from Trentino and Alto Adige. Convenient parking. Worth visiting like the city of Trento

Like many others - We visited the Christmas market in Bressanone, inferior to those in Merano and Bolzano. We didn't find anything particularly characteristic that can't be found in many other parts. The "Colors" light show is unmissable

Unreliable and zero professionalism - Unfortunately it is not possible to give zero stars but zero was their professionalism. Booked, by booking, a few days in advance the markets of Innsbruck Sterzing Bressanone from Bolzano. Well, the day before the excursion I send a WhatsApp message to the number indicated to confirm the meeting place and time. No hits on him. Yeah. Day of the excursion (8:30), I send another message saying that we were at the hotel waiting for them. Zero match. Realized that something was wrong, I call several times, in vain. Try my partner (number not known by the organizer) and this time she answers, claiming it had been sick and the impossibility of the tour. Shameful he hadn't spontaneously shown up to communicate it (where it was true he was sick) despite the fact that the tour schedule had already expired for several minutes. Then I imagine they have more than one vehicle and more than one guide, nothing instead to provide an alternative. Zero professionalism, unreliability, attention to the customer who has already paid 300€ and finds himself with a ruined day. Avoid, stay away from improvised subjects!!!!
