Spectacular afternoon trip to Bromo! - Just very well organized trip to Bromo and surrounding landscape. Very punctual and friendly guide Eki picked us up at the hotel and told everything you want to know about the place . Spectacular views and scenery!

Bromo Afternoon Tour - We had an amazing Bromo Afternoon Tour. Guided by pak Arif, eventhough in the hot burning sun but he made the tour way so much fun. Pak Arif was so nice, we had fun conversation all the way from one spot to other spot, he even help us taking some good pictures at all the tour spot.
As for the view, cannot lie, at least you need to come to join Bromo Tour once in your life!

Great and well planned tour - It was really a great tour. Everything was super organized and we didn't have to wait anywhere. We were picked up on time and returned. Our guide Mr. Wawan was very friendly and suited us perfectly. We felt very comfortable and safe with him. He is a good driver and knew the best vantage points. I can recommend the tour 100%. The price is also fine in my opinion.

Memorable experience! - Many thanks to Smartway for the organization and quality of the tour.
We made the afternoon tour in order to avoid crowds and our choice was the right one! (About 7h and private tour).
The landscapes are breathtaking.
The volcano and its crater are impressive.
Our Guide was professional, friendly and knows the place by heart. It was a wonderful experience and we were amazed by the beauty and resilience of the place.
Small downside but it has nothing to do with smartway: waste can be found at almost every place you stop but especially at the bottom of the crater. It is sad to note that some guides or tourists do not pay attention to this. If everyone picked up garbage every time at least, maybe the place would be clean again quickly. If you like to visit the treasures of nature, respect it!

Lekker rustig. - We had a wonderfull day. The crowed qas already gone so there were not to much people in the big crater. The driver was great. He told us a lot, we had fun together and most import brought us home save. Also thank you for your good information and quick respons.

Bromo tour you can do in the afternoon! - We had a child and the early morning departure was heavy and we chose the afternoon departure. As a result, I am very satisfied! Not many people so we could fully enjoy the view. The guide and contact staff were very friendly. Thank you to the staff who made me happy memories.

Relaxing trip with kids - From early registration until the trip itself, it was smooth process. On D Day, we were picked up on time. Snacks and drinks were also provided. We opted with documentation package and satisfied for the result. Since this is private trip, overall trip feels relaxed.
Room for improvement: at the last stop for Bromo crater, the guide didn't tell us that he didn't join to climb and disappeared to have lunch right after our toilet break. At least he could tell us so that we did not need to call him several times without answer. But overall it was simple miscommunication that luckily made up with the overall experience.

Amazing views! - We had a great time at Bromo National Park. The landscape and the views are amazing and worth the long drive there.
The only thing we missed was a few more facts and stories about the scenery. Our driver was very nice but couldn't tell us much.
