I booked online following the process process to have a bike delivered to me from the location 2 miles from my home when it didn’t show up there was quite a bit of drama on their end, figuring out what had went wron. from my perspective. It was the fact that their website had the Bike I want as available from their St. Pete location where the bike I wanted was really in Dunedin. That would be part one of the problem, but the other part is that I made a reservation and paid for delivery at noon and it wasn’t until I called them at 12:30 that they realize that there was a problem Once their error was determined they went out of their way to try to compensate. They offered to either bring the bike down from Dunedin, which would’ve been an hour or more wait or offer me another bike from St. Pete for 24 hours. It all worked out in the end, but I think they need to be more vigilante about making sure their website allows for online reservations that they are actually capable to implement. Jaime at the St. Pete location was as helpful as he could be to reconcile the situation. They also need to update their telephone welcome message which doesn’t even give you an option to connect to the St. Pete office (which is new)!. It gives you a number for the Indian Shores office, which no longer exists.
