Top notch - Our primary activity on this trip. It was an exhilarating ride to take out to the sandy harbor beach. Highly recommend the electric bikes - well worth the extra money. They give youbhelents so there's really nothing you need to bring except a great attitude! Top notch.

Wonderful Experience - My husband, sister and brother in law rented bikes for beautiful ride to Sand Harbor. We had an amazing day. My sister had a issue with her bike. They immediately came out to meet us and switched hikes. We all really loved the experience The E bikes were super fun. The East Shore path is amazing. One of our favorite things we did in Lake Tahoe.

Kind Team and Great Bikes - Incredible bike ride with this outfit. Very easy set up on bikes even with fussy kids in tow. We ride out to the Sandy Harbor Beach and hung out on a hot and sunny day. When we returned the boys in the shop were all smiles, and very helpful getting our bikes cleaned out of toys and snacks. Bikes rode perfectly and everything was top notch

No Concept of Customer Service, Bikes in Bad Shape - We asked in advance if the Big Blue Bike Rentals had a trailer I could rent to pull my dog. They said yes, up to 100 lbs. We tried to load up our 75-lb dog and it was impossible, so we decided not to use the trailer. We had no reservation, we never left the bike rental place, but because we already paid, they would not refund the $49, final answer, no way, no how. Fortunately, I spoke to Hyatt Manager who offered to the bike rental place (onsite at Hyatt) to pay the cost themselves. Not sure if that’s what happened or if BBBR came to their senses, but we got the refund when we came back from our bike ride. My gears were constantly switching on their own throughout my ride, my wife’s bike was screeching the whole ride. I recommend Flume Trail Bikes behind tunnel creek cafe…better equipment, lower price, Hyatt shuttle will take you there for free (if staying at Hyatt).
