A menu will be provided, allowing participants to select which basic dishes they wish to learn:

The choice of dal, vegetable, or rice is based on personal preference from the menu. The dishes prepared do not include onion or garlic.
Additionally, there will be a brief session on Indian spices. Participants are encouraged to ask questions about spices, and will be introduced to some basic spices (masala) that enhance almost every dish.
At the conclusion of the session, participants will not only have learned about the dishes but will also enjoy the meal they have prepared with Ms. Anju.
