As winter approaches and the lake freezes, Emerald Lake becomes a pristine, snow-covered wonderland. • Natural Bridge - This site is only included in the itinerary during the closure of Moraine Lake (October 14, 2025 - May 31, 2026), not in the summer itinerary.

As the seasons change and the lake freezes, the scene transforms into a winter wonderland, with the lake’s surface becoming a smooth, icy expanse perfect for skating, all framed by snow-capped mountains.
• Moraine Lake - This destination is only visited from June 1, 2025, to October 13, 2025. During other seasons, alternative spots will be visited.
• Mount Rundle Viewpoint - Mt. Rundle can be considered a small mountain range as it extends over 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) on the south side of the Trans-Canada Highway eastward from Banff to Canmore, featuring seven distinct peaks. The third peak southeast of Banff is the highest at 9,675 feet (2,949 meters).

Peyto Lake dazzles with its turquoise hue before winter, reflecting the rugged peaks. Once frozen, it turns into a peaceful icy landscape, with its wolf-head shape visible from Bow Summit, framed by snowy mountains.
