• Lake Louise - Visitors to Lake Louise will be captivated by the stunning turquoise lake, which, before it freezes, glistens beneath the towering mountain peaks, reflecting the surrounding glaciers and forests in its crystal-clear waters. As the seasons change and the lake freezes, the scene transforms into a winter wonderland, with the lake’s surface becoming a smooth, icy expanse perfect for skating, all framed by snow-capped mountains.
• Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise - Situated by Lake Louise in Banff National Park, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise provides luxurious accommodations with breathtaking views, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation.

• Peyto Lake - Visitors can observe a stunning turquoise-colored lake nestled amidst the Canadian Rockies, where, before the freeze, the vibrant hue of the water—caused by glacial rock flour suspended in the lake—shimmers against the surrounding peaks. As the lake begins to freeze, the turquoise waters gradually give way to a smooth, icy surface, creating a mesmerizing contrast with the snow-covered landscape. Surrounding viewpoints offer breathtaking vistas of this natural wonder in both its vibrant and frozen states, making it a must-see for nature enthusiasts and photographers year-round.
• Mount Rundle Viewpoint - Mt. Rundle could be considered a small mountain range as it extends for over 12 kilometers (7.5 mi) on the south side of the Trans-Canada Highway eastward from Banff to Canmore, with seven distinct peaks along the way. The third peak southeast of Banff is the highest at 9,675 feet (2,949 m).

Please be aware that during the summer season (June to mid-October), our itinerary will feature Moraine Lake as an additional stop. During the winter season, the tour will visit only three lakes: Lake Louise, Emerald Lake, and Peyto Lake.

Emerald Lake is enchanting in every season. Before freezing, its crystal-clear waters mirror the peaks and forests, creating a vibrant green contrast. In winter, it becomes a tranquil, snow-covered wonderland.

Peyto Lake dazzles with its turquoise hue before winter, reflecting rugged peaks. Once frozen, it turns into a peaceful icy landscape, with its wolf-head shape visible from Bow Summit, framed by snowy mountains.

• This is a local bus tour, and you will join the tour with other travelers locally. If you would like a private tour, please contact us directly.
• If there are not enough participants for a tour in your selected language, we will contact you to discuss joining a tour in another language.
