Great hike up, difficult... - Great hike up, difficult so you definitely need a base level of fitness. Wear walking shoes !! We wore trainers and fell over due to slipping on the way down. Guides were friendly and very helpful for us when slipping.

Wonderful day hike for hiking lovers 1H30 from Marrakech - This was an amazing hike far from tourist crowds and close to the nature! The guide was fantastic! The bus picks you up near the hotel, as well as drops you near it after the hike! Good driver and on time. The day starts with a quick tour in the Women association that makes Argan oil and you can try it, as well as homemade peanut butter, honey and olive oil. After it you go to the starting point of the hike - in a small village, where you also get takeaway light lunch. Before the hike it is possible to rent the sticks and hiking shoes, please take them cause otherwise the hike is wayyy tooooo slippery and it is possible to get injuries on the sharp stones! When you have sticks and hiking shoes, it is easier and the hike is more enjoyable! I took my gym shoes, don’t do like me:) I hike often but didn’t know well the nature of Atlas Mountains. The hike will not be the easiest for the beginners, do not advise it for people with back problems and pregnant women. Overall, fantastic day in the mountains!

Excellent trip for people who enjoy walking in the mountains - Great day trek in the Atlas Mountains. Our guide Youseff spoke good English & led the hike at a good pace that fitted well with all 5 members of the party. It was a good varied hike and fabulous to see the snow on the higher mountains. We were provided with a packed lunch which we ate at the summit. Would definitely recommend this trip.

Great mountain views - Great way to see the mountains. Mohamed was a fantastic guide and knowledgeable with his background in Geology. We had a choice of eating on our return or taking a packed lunch to eat at the top which we did.

Fabulous day trip - Lovely day trip. Picked up at 8.40 and drove two hours to imlil with a stop off in a ceramics shop and one in an argan oil shop. Hiked for about 2 hours including lots of breaks until we reached the summit. Had a packed lunch of bread, fruit, cookies, juice and tuna. Then walked back down for 2 hours until we were back in the town where we had lentil soup. Arrived back in Marrakech for 5.30. Thanks to Mohammed who was our guide

Dont miss it. - The driver was friendly and quiet skillful. We got to the atarting point in 2 hours. Mohaned was waiting us, after short rest, and preparation we charged to the top of the vilage's mountain. Approximately the height difference was 800m. Mohaned was kind and looked for the team when we needed rest. Also he peobided good stories about his vilage and mountain. One advice for future travellers, even this trip includes a stop at the local argan oil maker market (1h). The same oil can be bought at Marrakhes for half price.
