A hike to beauty!! - Lol... all I keep hearing in my head is, "5 more minutes. 5 more Dominican mins"... I swear I heard 5 more mins for at least 30 mins. It's a hike to the falls. Will definitely have you winded but the staff constantly stops for breaks and take rest stops. But once you get to the falls, it's so beautiful and peaceful. Water is cold but it's beautiful

Great experience! - The tour guides were very communicative beforehand and made it a smooth process the day of meeting up and getting there. The waterfalls were amazing and such a cool, unique experience! Would highly recommend if in the DR! It is a bit of a 40 minute strenuous hike to get there though. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to book again.

Fun activity to do with family or friends. - Need to be in good physical condition. We had a nice energetic team of tour guides. The waterfalls were amazing.

Yuery and Aribel were... - Yuery and Aribel were amazing, responsive and gave clear details. Picked us up at the end of the port by taxis. Made sure everything was perfect for the tour, extremely helpful. Talked all about the island and pointing out stuff as we drove to and from the excursion. Waterfall excursion was great. Enjoyed the slides and jumping. Long walk at the beginning and end, but clear in the description.

Great fun on the waterfalls - The waterfalls were a lot of fun and the guides were helpful. Aribel was a great driver and gave a lot of info on the trip to and from the falls. The hike was strenuous but stops were built in to catch your breath.

Fun adventure to the Falls - We had a great family adventure with this tour. It was extremely easy to find our tour guide/transportation to the falls after getting off our cruise ship. They were there waiting for us. The van was clean, comfortable and air conditioned and transported 7 people to the falls.(different from the large open air busses provided with cruise ship excursion). Once we arrived at the falls they helped us to obtain lockers ($2-$5 depending on size) shoes ($2 rental of water shoes, would bring my own next time), and connected us with our guide to the falls. Our guides were extremely nice (Franklin) and made sure to take care of us. The hike up the mountain was about 40 minutes with some short inclines along the way. They were good about allowing for rest breaks for the group and provided bottled water to drink on the way up. Once we arrived we were given instructions and placed our helmets and buckled our life jackets. Our guide was nice and took pictures and videos of my family of four throughout the experience. At each jump or slide there is a guide to assist you. It was a lot of fun and definitely an adventure. After we hiked back down the mountain (approximately 20 minutes) we returned our equipment and met back up with our tour driver who escorted us to the near by pavilion for our lunch (traditional D.R. food with a bottle of water). We then returned to the van for our ride back to the port. It was a great day and I would highly recommend taking this tour over the large cattle drive like tour I observed provided by the cruise ships.

Great experience - Aribel picked us up at the port and was very friendly and helpful. He explained a lot of interesting information about the country and ensured that everything went perfectly with our excursion. The waterfalls were well worth it even though it was busy with people off on spring break.

Fantastic experience - Very good service when booking the trip. We got answers immediately when we asked questions. Really friendly and helpful driver in Junior. He took us for a guided tour after the waterfalls. The waterfalls were a really nice experience. It was a big group so we had to wait for a long time for other people to catch up. But the tour was fantastic

Be prepared to hike for a... - Be prepared to hike for a while but it’s all worth it in the end when you see the beautiful waterfall anywhere you can jump and slide down

Great - but overcrowded - This was a fun experience however it was SUPER busy and took away from the entire experience. Also the hike up should be explained more - it was like a mile or 2 hike up.
