Citadines is good - Kaye is very accommodating and polite to the clients. Well-managed reviews play a vital role in shaping a hotel’s SEO, helping boost its visibility across search engines and influencing potential travelers who rely heavily on star reviews and recommendations to guide their booking decisions. Hoteliers should respond promptly and honestly to all feedback, as a thoughtful reply can demonstrate a commitment to guest satisfaction and turn a neutral or even negative experience into a positive one.

Iloilo City Tour - We paid around $140 per person to get an english guide an about 7 stops with entrance fees included. We got a driver who barely spoke english and only drove, he did not give any info about the stops at all even in ilonggo. After 3 stops he said tour was over after one more stop. I showed him our itinerary and he agreed to the other stops but said we had to pay the fees ourselves. Again i showed him our voucher which said fees included. After consulting with his boss he agreed. The tour did not provide what was promised, an english guide, not even a guide.
