Amazing day cooking with Camilla - First off, I should say I never write reviews. Like Never. I still get crap from my kids about not leaving a review for our driver Luca who took us to Positano back in 2019. But we just left this amazing day with Camilla and her daughter Chiara and I couldn’t wait to write this. There were 10 of my family members ranging in age from 21 to 79 plus a cute couple from Australia in our group cooking class and everything was absolutely perfect. Camilla invited us into her lovely farm and was a patient, authentic and knowledgable teacher and made us feel totally at home. Oil olive and wines were farm to table and across the board excellent. She was bombarded with questions from my generally extremely inquisitive family and was very well prepared and coordinated with no lapses of time in between the different things we were learning to cook. It was so special to share a piece of an italian vineyard life and it was a day my family will cherish and remember forever. We have already decided we are going back for the truffle hunting experience next year! Grazie Mille Camilla!

The Best Italian Cooking Class in Tuscany - Words cannot describe or express how much we enjoyed our visit. This cooking class is hands on, and Camilla is a wonderful teacher. She even took the time to show us how to make gnocchi, which is my daughter's favorite pasta. To top it off, we got to enjoy our food and the wine she and her husband make is just as good. She even shared a pdf of some of her recipes, and I admit I have already made a few since I returned home. this experience is one of my top highlights from our recent trip. I would recommend this to anyone who is going to be in the Florence area.

A big chapeau to our hosts for such a beautiful day. Highly recommended! - Authentic Tuscan Cooking Experience – A Day to Remember! We had the pleasure of joining a truly authentic Tuscan cooking class – and what an unforgettable experience it was! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with genuine hospitality and patience that made us feel right at home. Every dish was prepared with care and tradition, and we had the joy of making our own pasta from scratch – all while sipping on their delicious home-produced Chianti wine. The setting is serene and peaceful, nestled high up a gravel road that adds to the charm of the adventure. The views are stunning, the kitchen inviting, and the experience deeply personal. This is not just a cooking class – it’s a full immersion into the heart of Tuscany. A big chapeau to our hosts for such a beautiful day. Highly recommended!

Great activity, highly recommended. - Great experience, learned a lot! Although it was very hot, this cooking class was a lot of fun. Time flew by. Camilla showed the group ( 9 people from 5 different countries) how to bake foccacia, crispy schiacciata and white bread from a kind of yeast dough. Then we made tagliatelle and tortelloni with ricotta filling, using the pasta machine, which is easy according to good instructions. Finally we had a delicious apple crumble cake with vanilla ice cream. We ate together and were allowed to taste our own wine, very delicious. Nice conversation with the other chefs. Make sure to use the link for Google Maps that Camilla sends the day before when you arrive. The last section of the trail leads to a gravel road. Looks worse than it is. I highly recommend this activity.

Chef Camilla rocks! - Camilla is a true professional. The class was very hands on, yet not too difficult for novices. The pasta and bread varieties we made were delicious, and we sat down to a beautiful lunch with wine pairings to enjoy the fruits of our labor. The setting was spectacular — an added bonus. It was our best day of several spent in Tuscany, and everyone in our group agreed (college grads and moms). Camilla is a true gem. ♥️

Best cooking class ever wonderful to spend a birthday. - From the very beginning, Cami made us all feel special, and right at home. We made a variety of different breads and pastas, and she also made a dessert to go with our meal. The day included glasses of their own white and red wines, which were both delicious. The pastas we crafted were made into delicious dishes, for a fantastic Italian meal. It was the most enjoyable time, talking to the other guests (there were 12of us), and Cami and her daughter. We would definitely recommend Cofferi 1242!! Cami made it such a special day for us.

We made good food but doesn't look the pictures. - We were traveling in a passenger van which made driving to the location a little treacherous. It was way up a dirt road with many potholes. Don't bring your low sports car! While overall we did enjoy our experience both the cooking and food it wasn't exactly what I thought we were getting especially for the price. The pictures are quite deceiving online making it look like a well-cared for, comfortable patio but it was very rough around the edges. The areas around the sort of paved patio were messy, full of weeds, old stuff here and there. Just a stark difference from the pictures. Part of our cooking was inside the kitchen, and it also wasn't neat or clean. Full of dirty dishes, next to fresh foods, next to bug spray, etc. That being said, the owner and cook was very nice and a good instructor. His wines were lovely, and we purchased quite a few to take with us. Plus, I appreciated him sending the recipes via email for us to make upon our return.
