• Eldfell - During our excursion, we’ll visit Prestvik beach, the site where the fishing vessel Pelagus ran aground. We’ll also tour the area where Guðlaugur Friðórsson reached shore after swimming 5-6 kilometers through the night in frigid waters following the sinking of Hellisey VE 503. Our journey will take us through the lava fields to the heart of the Eldfell volcano and along the coastline, offering spectacular views.

This adventure is suitable for the entire family, providing an opportunity to explore the historic landmarks of Vestmannaeyjar while enjoying the thrill of an ATV ride. The ATVs are automatic and user-friendly, requiring no prior riding experience. Each ATV accommodates two people; drivers must possess a valid driving license, while passengers must be at least 6 years old.
