Excellent Adventure on a Glacier! - Amazing afternoon!!! Our guide was Onie (I cannot spell his entire beautiful name!), and he was perfect for our crew. He figured out how the group would do, and took us on an amazing journey. We climbed, we hiked, we took beautiful photos and had a truly AWEsome experience. He made sure everyone had a great time inbthe safest way possible. And that's a huge feat, considering we were climbing around on an ice mountain!! Absolutely would use this company again for anything we do. And would hike with Onie again in a heartbeat!!

Fun tour with an amazing guide - We loved this glacier hiking activity. Our family has different fitness/experience and the guide spoke with us to understand our needs and in the end half went on a more adventure tour and half on a more beginner tour. This was perfect and allowed all to have a great experience. Plus our guide took care to ensure safety and worked with each person - what a great teacher :)

Amazing, well worth it - had a great time, super easy to find, great guide. Car ride was quick and a fun bit of off-roading that gets you right up to the glacier. One, our guide, was super flexible and accommodating. Got to fill my water bottle from the glacier directly!

Lots of scheduling/logistical issues. - The experience itself was great. The booking process was awful. We booked several days ahead of time and when we were pulling up to the location listed after a +2 hr drive to get there, we got a call telling us the location had changed to someplace about 45 minutes away. We started the drive to the new location, now running very late. About 10 minutes into the new location we got a call saying the previous information was not correct, and that the tour had actually been cancelled. So we made a 3 hr drive for a tour that we weren’t told was cancelled until we already arrived at the location listed. They apologized and scheduled us for the next day, but we had to change up all of our plans for the remainder of the trip to Iceland. Also the Link they sent us to reschedule with made it so we couldn’t use our Viator credits so it ended up making it more expensive than it was originally. Once we were on the tour our guide was excellent and it was very enjoyable though the hike/walk itself was less than an hour of the 3 hr experience.
