Excellent adventure for a group/family with a range of hiking abilities!! - Most excellent adventure for a group/family with a range of hiking abilities!! The five hour Super-jeep tour dives past deep canyons, rugged washes, beautiful waterfalls and impressive glaciers with multiple stops to get out and explore. Hefty large-wheeled vehicles tackle imposing Thorsmork Valley road with a minimum of jarring vibration. At the end of the valley the rustic Lava Hut "cafe" served delicious soup-bread-cake lunch after a pleasant optional two(?)mile hike. Our guide (Elvar), personable and knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions during the drive. Well worth every penny!!

Without question a must do tour in Iceland, even better if you are lucky enough to get Biggi as your guide - This was without a doubt the best tour experience we had in Iceland. Biggi was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The other group cancelled so it wound up being a “private tour” with Biggi and by the end it felt like he was a family friend. He told us all about þorsmork and how it’s his favorite spot in Iceland and how his family travels out there each year. He showed us where he proposed to his wife and where they got married out there. The views were something I cannot put into words, truly stunning and unlike anything else. I will be not only recommending this tour to any friends/family who travel to Iceland but I will be insisting that it is a must do experience. Truly memorable and breathtaking. Thank you again to Biggi for being so amazing

Enjoyable trip into Thorsmork via Superjeep with hiking - Enjoyable day despite low cloud ceiling. Our family of 6 (teens aged 15-19) enjoyed our foray into Thorsmork on the 16 passenger super jeep. The entire day lasted about 7 hours. We enjoyed a relatively smooth ride on the lava gravel roads (or lack of road), crossing rivers as we went. We had a few brief hikes/walks along the way into Thorsmork--exploring a canyon, listening to stories about Icelandic Trolls and spotting them in the rocks as we went. After a few stops we arrived at huts/base camp managed by Icelandic Hiking group and had three options: a short 20-30 minute flat hike through a valley, a 1+ hour hike up the peak and down, or staying in the jeep and driving around...all meeting at a comfy hut and restaurant on the other side for our delicious lunch of soup, bread, hummus, pesto, desserts. Our family split up on the 2 hikes. It was a cloudy day with light drizzle at times so we had no view at the top of the peak, but I'm sure it was beautiful since it was clearly a nice vantage point for the valley. It was a moderately strenuous hike up, but we did it in less than 30 minutes, and then had a nice hike down the other side. 3 of our kids took the flat trip through the valley and reached lunch in about 25 minutes. After lunch we were back in the jeep and had one more stop--hiking into a canyon along the river bed and then crossing the stream (on foot) and ducking into this narrow side canyon with a beautiful hidden waterfall. Total hiking for the day was about 4.5 miles, spread across the various stops. Overall it was a nice adventure. Our guide was friendly and informative.

Super Jeep, Super Fun Day in Thorsmork - What a fun adventure in Thorsmork with our guide Khari (hope I am spelling correctly). Although originally from Norway she clearly loves nature and Iceland. We were in a small group and we had a great time immersing ourselves in the beauty of Thorsmork as a guest. So much fun crossing the glacier rivers and streams in the jeep on our way to four magnificent stops - one short walk to a tongue glacier, another hike to the top of a 360 degree peak overlooking the valley, a canyon hike to a secret waterfall ( the highlight) and another smaller canyon hike to a waterfall. What we appreciated about the guide is that she customized to our groups interests and abilities making sure we had a great experience. This was a very memorable day in large part to the guides approach and love for this area.

Thorsmork Super Jeep tour - We took this tour expecting great adventure and that totally meet our expectations. Iceland is beautiful no doubt in that. But to see real beauty you have to go inland. Our guide Robert was really something. Driving through that rigid diverse landscape and crossing the river was for him like nothing, and half of the fun was getting there. Thorsmork , simply beyond beautiful , highly recommend. No such a place anywhere else. Thank you Robert for sharing all that with us, and all the stories and information, we will be forever grateful. He is obviously very very fit guy who’s got outdoor and these mountains in his blood. Selma and Zdenko

Inspirational! - This tour was the high point of my trip to Iceland. Not only was the super jeep ride to Thorsmork filled with spectacular views of canyons and glaciers, but it offered two hikes that were both exhilarating and challenging in places. Siggi, our guide, was not just funny but inspiring.

Amazing tour of Thorsmork!! - Our tour to Thorsmork was amazing!!! Our guide Atli was fantastic. He took us to so many unique places we would have never been able to see by ourselves. He was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, while showing us more than we could have ever hoped for. The weather was rainy and foggy and it didn't even matter- it was easily the best day of our trip so far. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

A great day with many highlights - We had a really lovely day with Stefan. The weather was mixed, but he managed to stop the rain at least when we went to see the sights 👍
The visit to the Secret Lagoon was also very well organised. It wasn't too busy when we were there.
With an outside temperature of 3 degrees, the 38 degree warm water was soothing.
All in all, a great day. Absolutely recommendable operator

So much fun! - We had a wonderful day exploring Thorsmork by Super Jeep with our guide, Siggi! We completed a beautiful hike, explored a canyon, saw a glacier up close, and even hiked a cave. Each view was more stunning than the last, the super Jeep was so fun to ride in, and Siggi was an outstanding guide. We learned so much about Iceland and had the most fun day!!! Our only regret is that we only had enough time for one excursion. We will for sure be back and can’t wait to try another of their adventures!!!

Superb experience not to be missed - We did the Þórsmörk Super Jeep Tour at the beginning of April with Magnus and found the experience absolutely brilliant. We were a small group, we saw spectacular landscapes (which we would not have been able to access this season without Super Jeep), with a very friendly and calm guide. We were able to choose our hiking options and enjoyed a magical moment. The experience lasted a little over 6 hours, interspersed with lunch in a mountain lodge. Everything was perfect, we recommend.
