Troll expedition- Ice Cave southern area - Well organised enjoyable day. Although it is a big day. Alex is a very good driver and a great tour guide. I have to add some more words to get it up to 100 words.

A must do for the adventurous! - The views were breathtaking! Our guide Natalia did an excellent job, and was mindful of things that are would make our experience great from helping with photo ops, showing us how to use an ice ax, and even chocolate at the end! I was impressed how focused she and Thales were on safety, their attention to detail allowed me to relax and enjoy the experience.

Impressive sights - Impressive! Our glacier guide was really good. I loved how he built a model out of dirt and snow to explain how the ice cave is part of a glacier on top of a volcano.

Absolute must do Iceland tour with incredible guides - If you are thinking about doing this tour go ahead and DO IT! My adult daughter and I went on this tour. We were picked up right on time in downtown Reykjavik. We had Elias who went far above and beyond throughout the whole day. We went to multiple waterfalls throughout the day as well as the black sand beach, and as we were going along if time allowed he would swing by another site of interest. He regularly checked in to see if we needed to stop for a bathroom or snack break. We were incredibly well cared for. In Vik we were handed off to Tales for the glacier walk/ice cave portion of the tour. Tales was also excellent. We had a fun time riding in the super jeep across the glacier listening to Icelandic music. The ice cave and glacier are stunning. I felt as though I was walking on the moon. The landscape and sites are unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Tales made sure we got great pictures in the ice cave. The whole operation is smooth and I felt safe. When that concluded we were handed back off to Elias for the ride back to Reykjavik. Throughout the ride he again provided tons of interesting background and information about the area. His wealth of knowledge is truly massive. Overall the guides are considerate, interactive and incredibly well informed about the areas that we toured. This tour went above and beyond any expectations. If you have the time it is a must do for coming to Iceland. (Also I recommend either renting the waterproof items that have available or if wearing your own make sure that they are extremely waterproof. Walking behind the waterfall was a beautiful experience but you will be really wet if not in the water proofs)

Best day in Iceland - Despite being a very long day… It was by far the most memorable day of our trip! Our guide, Bran (short for Branimer) was exceptional… He was friendly, enthusiastic, a wealth of knowledge. He made our trip truly memorable, even allowing us to spend a little extra time to discover some hidden waterfalls along the way. We had the pleasure of being guided by Gustavo at the ice cave. He too was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt safe and he let us across the glacier and into the cave. Truly, a once in a lifetime experience! If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate… Ask for Bran and you won’t be disappointed

August Ice Cave - Beautiful scenery and a great experience to see the ice cave. Iskrin was a knowledgeable and interesting guide. It’s an experience of four wheel transport, partially walking and a brief time within the cave.

The guide was pretty... - The guide was pretty stoic during pick up. He provided a lot of local information. We were pressed for time but did have the opportunity to see both waterfalls, a quick stop at the beach including picking up some sandwiches for lunch. The cave tour and glacier walk was awesome!! The only downside was the temperature in the van was not well regulated. We roasted until we asked for some relief. Several reminders were needed to make adjustments.

Not honoring published time allocation in the itinerary - Driver/guide never gave us time as published in your itinerary like gave 30 mins instead of 45 minutes for Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss Only 1 hour for Vikurfjara Black Sand Beach instead of 1 hour and 30 minutes!
