Superb South Coast tour - This was an superb tour of the South Coast. We drove in a comfortable vehicle and our guide, Jarni, was excellent, telling us about the region, about what we saw, and telling us tales of Iceland.

Two fantastic day trips w Bjarni - My husband, myself and our 9&8 yr old kids have just got back from Iceland and want to thank Bjarni for wonderful memories! He was so knowledgeable and interesting and enjoyed his stories immensely. We did the golden circle tour and then the south coast tour. The tomato greenhouse and ice cream cow lunch stop were super! The stunning sights of waterfalls, crater, glacier and geyser were so awesome! Our son fell at the glacier and cut his knee open and Bjarni to the rescue w his medical kit:) He was so patient with all of us and stopping for bathroom breaks, snacks etc and can’t recommend him enough! The 9 and 7hr trips flew by, his vehicle was clean and he was so informative. Highly recommend to see Iceland when one is on a time crunch!

YOU MUST SEE IT! - Though Iceland is overall incredible, this excursion was more than magical! Its a must.for anyone traveling to Iceland. It took a full 14 hours rountrip in a bus from the city but it was worth every moment once you arrived at the Lagoon and beach. The mystic views and natural wonders are beyond words. Your photos will tell the tale of your visual experience.

A great country + a knowledgeable guide = one amazing day - During our short time in Iceland, we wanted to find a tour that was informative, personal, and fun. And, I’m happy to say that this is what we found when going on a tour of the South Coast with BTH Travel (privatetouriceland.com). We had much to cover (sights, information, and distance) and Bjami made sure that we did! He was a wonderful guide, sprinkling in stories about what we were seeing with information about the geography, history, and even plants along the way. We started in Reykjavík and went as far south as Vik, which was nearly 200Km one way, and yet with Bjami the time flew by. We visited several waterfalls and he was helpful in giving us tips on the best viewing areas. We enjoyed the Black Sand Beach mainly because of his knowledge of it and his story about trolls! The tour was very flexible and he listened to what we were looking for and adjusted the tour to match it. We can’t thank him enough for the tour and his insights.
