• Sand City - This unique open-air museum, the only one of its kind in Africa and the Middle East, merges two distinct themes. The first theme, Mythological Art, features a collection of 12 three-dimensional statues and 18 relief sculptures that depict legendary figures, renowned military commanders, influential characters from romantic tales that have shaped the world, and deities. The second theme, Wonderland Art, showcases 23 three-dimensional statues and 10 relief sculptures of characters from Walt Disney’s animated films and story-telling murals.

The workshop area is designed for children of all ages, providing a space where they can both enjoy themselves and learn the craft of sand sculpting, with the level of complexity tailored to their age group.

Some sand sculpture artists gathered from around the world to carve statues on the sand in the open air, but in a very specific and precise way that only a few people around the world recognize , allowing the statues carved on the sand to withstand harsh weather conditions such as strong winds, rain, or snow. 42 world-class sculptors from Russia, Germany, America, and Turkey participated in the process of carving figures within the Sand Museum, which took 7 months to finish and used 12,000 tonnes of sand and 15,000 tonnes of water.
