Breathtaking views - Very well organised trip , all staff are very friendly , the submarine experience was breathtaking, then we had chance to snorkel , life jackets are provided as well as snorkel equipment. Would definitely recommend, 5 stars 🌟

Great Experience, Poor Photos - Great transport arrangement. Bit manic upon arrival. Cheap rental options for snorkelling, 150. Great experience looking under the water through the windows, the children enjoyed it. Snorkelling was great, perfect timings for all activities. Even had a shower on board! However, the photographers on board (Smile Photo & Video Film) absolute scam. I am thankful I didn’t pay them anything more than I did. He wanted 5000 but dropped him down to 1000. Whilst being photographed, it seemed we were in good hands with a professional photographer (like myself!) but we weren’t. 70% of our photos that we received the following day are blurry and unusable and 100% of them are poorly edited, if edited at all! 29/42 photos in the bin. Avoid this company whilst on this otherwise great experience and take your own fabulous photographs.

The staff ( Mohamed) was very rude - Mohamed has a dark skin color. He was very nervous and cheated the customers on the boat by claiming the tax was too high. It was one of the worst rides I've ever experienced. Don't buy anything from the boat.

The boat worker is scary (Mohamed) - On June 18, 2025, I was on boat number two. There was a man named Mohammed who frequently argued with his colleagues and raised his voice. He charged me an exorbitant amount for my order, claiming there were high taxes. When I asked him for an invoice for the amount I paid, he refused.
