The best sea vehicle in Hurghada. - It is the only vehicle in Hurghada that allows you to sit comfortably and view corals. It is a modern vehicle. People could swim or snorkel for 30 minutes also.

Highly recommended for Family and Friends - Mohammed was absolutely fantastic and super helpful during our tour at the royal sea submarine! I highly recommend it for family and friends. Make sure to visit the royal sea when you're in Egypt on holiday.

Average - Booked this trip as part of a package through TUI. The boat and staff were clean and well presented. It was nice to see the coral and you do get to see some interesting sites. There was too many people on the boat for seats downstairs in the viewing section and everything was about how they could charge you more money €7 for Pringles. Photos etc. but no real guide/narrative on the coral and fish you actually see.

Could be better (: - Few fish unfortunately, but people can't help it....the photographers are nice but 10€ for a photo very much....for an entire album it wasn't worth it to me either...

Great Experience, Poor Photos - Great transport arrangement. Bit manic upon arrival. Cheap rental options for snorkelling, 150. Great experience looking under the water through the windows, the children enjoyed it. Snorkelling was great, perfect timings for all activities. Even had a shower on board! However, the photographers on board (Smile Photo & Video Film) absolute scam. I am thankful I didn’t pay them anything more than I did. He wanted 5000 but dropped him down to 1000. Whilst being photographed, it seemed we were in good hands with a professional photographer (like myself!) but we weren’t. 70% of our photos that we received the following day are blurry and unusable and 100% of them are poorly edited, if edited at all! 29/42 photos in the bin. Avoid this company whilst on this otherwise great experience and take your own fabulous photographs.

Scammed - Before booking I inquired about the pick-up time. Based on that, I booked the getaway. Then I am told the night before that the pick-up time is more than an hour earlier. I couldn't get my money back.

Do not buy any food or beverages - While the overall experience of the boat itself may seem nice at first, be extremely cautious about the outrageous prices for food, drinks, and even photography on board. It is nothing short of a rip-off. For example, as someone from Australia, I usually pay around $3 for a can of Pringles. On this boat, the very same thing was sold for $11. That is nearly four times the price, and it feels like a deliberate attempt to exploit tourists. Sadly, this type of behavior gives the impression that foreigners are simply seen as walking wallets, with no boundaries on how much can be charged. This way of “doing business” is shameful and deeply damaging to Egypt’s tourism industry. Instead of creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages people to return, it leaves visitors feeling cheated. If such practices continue unchecked, it’s not just the Royal Seascope but Egypt’s wider tourism reputation that will sink
