An unforgettable experience – perfectly organized and simply fantastic! - Our diving adventure in the Red Sea was a complete success from start to finish! We were picked up on time by a friendly driver right at the hotel. After a short stop at another hotel we went to the dive center where we were warmly welcomed. After filling out some forms we got our equipment and already we went on the boat. On board we were divided into two groups – advanced and beginner. I was there with my two children (10 and 14 years old). We are good swimmers and have snorkeled many times, but never dived with a bottle. The tension was high – and was rewarded with a highlight right from the start: Even before we arrived at the first dive spot, we saw a group of dolphins! The captain stopped extra, and we could watch these wonderful animals playing. After a detailed introduction to diving and the daily routine, the adventure began. First the advanced went into the water while we were allowed to snorkel. And then came the next magical experience: Dolphins came very close to the boat and we could snorkel with them – a moment we will never forget! Then it was our group's turn. With a lot of patience and cordiality, the instructors helped us put on the equipment and explained everything exactly. Then we went into the water and below the surface – a fascinating reef awaited us. We felt safe and well looked after at all times. My children were absolutely thrilled! After the first dive we had a delicious lunch on board – fresh, varied and really good. Strengthened, we continued to the second dive spot, which was a little deeper. First the pros again, then us. This time we were even allowed to dive a little bit on our own under guidance – what a feeling! A special highlight was the photographer who accompanied us on the boat, snorkeling and diving. So we have dreamlike pictures as a reminder of this special day. The return journey was as smooth and pleasant as the outbound journey. The crew was incredibly friendly, helpful and especially warm in dealing with the children throughout the day. Conclusion: It was just perfectly organized – it couldn’t get any better! The advanced divers went in first, while we beginners had time to snorkel. Then came the next highlight: a group of dolphins swam close to the boat and we got to swim and snorkel with them – absolutely unforgettable! Then it was our turn. The dive instructors were incredibly patient and friendly, helping us with our equipment and explaining everything clearly. Then we entered the water and explored the underwater world – an amazing reef awaited us. We felt safe and well cared for at all times. My kids were thrilled! After the first dive, we enjoyed a delicious lunch on board – fresh, varied, and truly tasty. Then we headed to a second dive site, which was slightly deeper. Again, the pros went in first, followed by us. This time, we even got to dive a short distance on our own with the instructor – what an incredible feeling! A special highlight was the photographer on board, who captured our experience on the boat, while snorkeling, and underwater. Now we have beautiful memories preserved forever. The return trip to the hotel was just as smooth and pleasant as the way there. The crew was fantastic – super friendly, helpful, and especially kind to the children. Conclusion: Everything was perfectly organized – it couldn't have been better! A huge thank you for this unforgettable experience. Our next vacation will definitely be a diving trip!

A beautiful day in red sea - It was my first time diving experience and I really enjoyed. Initially i was worried about diving, i contacted him at the last moment and he promptly arranged my place. I completed my 2 dives with amazing coral reefs and sea lives under water in red sea. A beautiful day in red sea. Thanks again

From start to finish a successful excursion! - We chose the trip because we had a hotel in El-Gouna and didn't want to go all the way to Hurghada. After booking, Ahmed from New City Travel contacted us very quickly with detailed information about the pick-up and explanations. The evening before the trip we also got the exact pick-up time and last information from the driver of the transfer. The day started with a punctual transfer by a nice driver. We were picked up in principle like a private transfer in a normal, well-kept station wagon. Then we started to the departure point north of Hurghada. It was about 15 min drive to there. (Hotel Golden Beach) Arriving we were quickly taken to the diving school and received our suits and flippers after the usual formalities. Then we went over a jetty to the boat. The remaining equipment was loaded by the instructors and crew. After about 45 minutes of driving, during which the instruction for diving took place, we reached the 1st stage. Highlight: Delfine. Then we went to the first stop, where diving and snorkeling were carried out in parallel. There were really nice corals and fish to see. After a short drive we reached the second dive/snorkel point. But first there was lunch. Lunch was delicious. Compared to other excursions with meals on board even very delicious. Lots of chicken, no mystery fish, several salads. There were also plenty of drinks on board throughout the day. The second spot was also very nice and the dive unfortunately passed far too fast. After another 45-minute drive back we arrived safely in the port. The driver was already waiting and so we arrived back in El-Gouna quickly. Overall, it was one of the best trips I have ever booked and would recommend to anyone. Especially if you have no experience with diving.

Great Tour, But Set Your Expectations Right - This is a great tour overall—the pick-up and drop-off are on time, the ship is clean, and the dive master is experienced and ensures everything is safe! However, it's not for everyone. Each dive lasts only about 10 minutes, and during that time, the dive master essentially grabs you, controlling your direction and depth to ensure safety. With such short dives, you don't need to worry about running out of air. This is why I consider it very safe. That said, this tour may not be ideal for professional divers or those looking for a more immersive experience. If you're an experienced diver and want to explore more, it’s better to contact a dive shop directly to customize your tour. But if you’re new to diving or feeling nervous, this tour is perfect—it's incredibly safe and a great introduction to the underwater world.
