Fantastic trips - We booked several trips and an airport transfer through Falcon the week before we came to Egypt and they were exceptional. The communication was great, and we were met at the airport by a friendly guide who then explained all the trips we had booked. We went on the Dolphin House Harmony boat trip, the Turtle Bay trip, quad biking and the 4 hour private speed boat as a family of 4. Harmony was an amazing boat, there was plenty of space for all the guests and the guides were all lovely. We were so lucky and got several opportunities to snorkel with the dolphins and at no point did I feel the dolphins were being chased. We also snorkelled on a beautiful reef and the guides were so kind and patient with my 9 year old daughter and also looked after our 6 year old son who stayed on board. The lunch was delicious. The turtle bay trip was also a real highlight. We were unlucky that it was a very windy day and therefore the children didn’t want to snorkel; but it was such a beautiful beach it really didn’t matter. I got to spend a lot of time with two turtles and absolutely loved it. The guides were so knowledgable and kind and made the day a real pleasure. They prioritised our safely and did their best to make it a really fun day for us all. The driver of the minibus was great got us back in record time!! The private boat trip was a real treat. We had chosen to go to paradise bay and we were the first ones there which was lovely but it started to get quite busy which isn’t really our thing. Our guide suggested we get back on the boat to go for a snorkel at an incredible reef. Probably the best snorkel we have ever done. He also got some amazing footage with our go-pro and really made our day. On the way back my son got to have a go ‘driving’ the boat which was his highlight of his holiday. Quad biking was great. It felt well organised and safe and when we had a problem with one of our quads it got sorted quickly. The camels at the Bedouin village looked very well taken care of. Overall, I would throughly recommend Falcon as all of their staff and guides were so wonderful, safety is obviously a priority and they were also very good value for money. Thank you for making our holiday so special.

Amazing experience - I have been using falcon for 7 years on my trips to egypt. And never a bad experience me and my partner did the private speed boat this time to orange bay/ paradise island and snorkelling. Amazing day and really priceless views. This trip is really private and the tour guides are really great lads. Will be seeing you again and again falcon and will still be recommending to family and friends.

Highly Recommended and bonus SEN Friendly! - A shout out for Falcon Adventure Excursions - Hurghada tours I'm a single mum with a neurodiverse ADHD and ASD child. I just want to say a big thank you to everyone at Falcon starting with Anne Thank you so much for not making me feel explaining myself and why I need certain things, it's really important for me to see such understanding and kindness. Thanks for all the adjustments done. Answering all my questions and even cancelling trips as I realised we won't be able to do it as it's too much. Thanks to Ali, realising that I can't leave my child alone and can't do some activities (camel ride) he kindly looked after my child when I did the camel ride despite other people (non Falcon guys) at the excursion center teasing him! Thanks to everyone else (Jayne and team) for all your understanding professionalism and kindness I am sure there are other good tours too but I can highly recommend Falcon especially to SEN families. One tip is make sure to check if tours are small or try to go private if possible. I wasn't understanding why people come to Egypt again and again but I already started looking at next year whilst still here so this is a great holiday, great country with great people Thank you so much

Private speedboat trip - We had several recommendations to use Falcon for any of our excursions while we were on our recent holiday to Hurghada and its easy to see why. I contacted them via Messenger prior to our holiday, where they ran through several options of different excursions suited to our party with pricing. A few days before we arrived, they then booked us in to see their local representative to book everything up. The booking process was quick and easy and there was no hard sell on things we didn't want. On the day of our boat trip, we were picked up dead on time outside the reception of the hotel and taken to the marina where we met Omar, our guide and Mohammed, our pilot who were both amazing - really friendly and fun and both experienced and knowledgable of the area. They gave us a great 3 hour trip, including going out and seeing the dolphins in their natural habitat, without hassling them at all, and then going to a nearby coral reef for some snorkeling. None of us had ever done it before, and Omar was patient and helpful with all of us and made sure we all had a perfect time. The trip was a real highlight of our holiday and we will definitely repeat it when we return to Hurghada and wouldn't hesitate to choose Falcon again.

Excellent experience - Well what can I say about Falcon, absolutely superb service and experience. We booked airport transfers, quad bike/camel ride trip and also 3 hour private speedboat with dolphin spotting and snorkeling. Each time communication was great, they were on time everytime, staff were knowledgeable and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again on my next trip to Egypt.

Definitely recommended!! - Staff is great! Transfer and communication very nice. Cozy on the boat, children were also allowed to steer themselves. 1 dared not snorkel and with the help of the guide tried anyway.. Purely because he gave her the security. Nice snorkeling spot with beautiful coral. They do not chase the dolphins but follow at an appropriate distance. Been with Falcon several times in recent years, also transfer and wifi box, always top!!

Amazing - This is the most amazing trip we have ever done. Three hours on a private speedboat with the most helpful guide and driver. We saw dolphins (twice) and snorkled in the beautiful red sea, seeing so many amazing fish. The guide made sure our 9 year old twins were safe at all times. This is the best value for money and worth every penny and more
