Well-organised trip to Luxor! - The trip was really well organised, our guide Nana was witty, knowledgable, and kind! The stops were very interesting and I really liked our group as well - we were very punctual. Buss was clean with lot of air but the seats were quite narrow.
I didn't like the communication before the trip: they didn't answer me on Whatsapp for hours, I hope they fix that.

Luxor Tour Dec 2024 - We had a full day tour of Luxor which started just after 4.30am. A very long drive but it was definitely worth it. Our tour guide was Ahmed Yousef was amazing, positive, very informative & made the tour worth while. He was a delight & kept the big group engaged with his knowledge and personality. Thank you Ahmed, this was the highlight of our trip to Egypt & team ‘habibi’ all felt the same. The drive back was very long again but we stopped several times for snacks & breaks to stretch our legs. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting.

Awesome - great value and a day to remember - Really well organised from start to finish. Communication with the tour operator was 1st class. The mini bus (small coach around 22 seats) was spacious and comfortable and the 2 drivers were very polite and accommodating...

Great experience - great small group experience. Many thanks to the Shadia guide who explains very well and made us have a great day.Not suitable for sensitive souls, I say this because of their way of driving. 😵💫

Must-to-do experience - This trip was amazing! The ancient Egyptian temples and graves were mesmerizing. The only thing that I didn't like was the lunch and the time that we spent on the road, since it was Christmas eve, there were a lot of people, and it took 6hours and a half to get there.

Don’t miss out Luxor! - Even though it’s a long trip it was so worth it! Luxor is green and lucious and the Kantak Temple, Valley of Kings and Hatsheput temple were amazing! Our guide Ahmed was a true star! Very informative and outgoing. I can highly recommend this trip. The booking process though was a bit unclear and confusing; my pick-up came the day before and the new confirmation was filled with errors which made me unsure if a driver would turn up or not…

To do but... hang in there! - The journey time was really long, getting up 3:00 for a scheduled departure 3:45, the bus finally arrived only at 5:05, we were about to return. No reply from the provider via WhatsApp at that time. This minibus was not comfortable is moving very slowly compared to the big buses that passed us... in short I advise against this means of transport to go from Hurghada to Luxor. Return around 10:30 pm so plan a snack to take away or get stripped on the motorway area or on the tourist sites at 4€ a chocolate bar, of course you will only know the price after 10min of queuing since no price is displayed. You can also plan 1euro coins to go to the toilet, yes their toilets are an incredible breadwinner but are not clean!
Apart from this really deplorable logistics, the temple of Karnak is worth the detour and to endure all this, really it is an incredible place!
I liked the Valley of Kings less and the Temple of Hatshepsut is irrelevant, since it is a re-enactment. The walk on the Nile is relaxing is very nice, I recommend this option.

Awful communication, simply didnt come to pick us up - they just didn't come to the meeting point. They're responding to messages an hour late. I've called all their available phones. They didn't answer a single one. 2 hours after they were supposed to pick us up and after I called them scammers in a message they sent me an apology message saying they couldn't make it today and if I wanted to book for another day.

Unbelievably Poor Service - Driver never turned up and FTS ghosted our messages after waiting over an hour from 4am with a 2 year old. Full Refund requested and recommend people avoid FTS and book through an actual holiday agent like TUI to be safe.
This really put a dampener on a great holiday as we were really looking forward to this trip
