Then, the kese, a special cleaning mitten, and the Marble Polished Square Water Basin to scour away dead skin. Turkish Bath is The final part of the ritual is the Foam (bubble soap wash), when you will be massaged down with a loofah and left feeling clean. You’ll then spend 15 minutes in our relaxation lounge sipping hot beverages and unwinding. Our sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi will be available to you during your spare time (The duration time includes round trip transfer time)

Top beauty salon, great massages, good team - In the siva golden bay I was a regular customer in the spa area. The manager Mustafa and his team are competent, always friendly. The beauty applications top. Had my hair cut and dyed. I was treated like a queen, the result was top. the hammam is very nice and clean. Had booked 10 massages. You definitely have to negotiate the price. Abdalah, Osama have always given me fair prices. Aya my masseuse is top. The beauty salon at Siva and long beach in Hurghada were my oases of well-being.

Luxury spa treatments - Top class and very professional.
There were other tourists who did not respect the silence. But generally perfect for massage I was in a separate room that allows to relax well.

3 star overall, but could easily become 5 star - We went to the Serenity SPA and had the Cleopatra treatment, which is meant to be: dry sauna, steam sauna, scrub, soap wash, massage, jacuzzi. This is why I only give 3 stars:
- the steam sauna was done after the scrub, which is not the right order, and was due to bad group time management Fix: plan the schedule better with some wiggle room if a group comes late, or don't let the group who are on time wait.
- the massage I had was not great, the masseuse put pressure on bone abd wrong points which caused pain. My husband had an OK massage from a man
- the jacuzzi was cold, no one wanted to use it, not even kids Fix: warm up the jacuzzi
- there is no "serenity" in this SPA. The staff speak loudly, shout and leave door open so we hear all sounds. Fix: Shut the doors to each area and ask the staff to speak softly only when needed.
So overall 3 stars, but management could easily fix this to get 4 stars, and with all masseurs trained well
