The great memorial fun day - Everything the tour guide guys was fabulous and friendly and looked after very well and made sure we got what we wanted and it was great seeing the Pyramids and Sprinz Thank-you for the memorial day 😀

Fabulous once in a lifetime experience - We had a very full and exciting day. Our guide Ahmed Waheeb was great, spoke English so clearly and is passionate about his subject.He is knowledgeable and informative and we felt very safe with him. He made the trip a truly wonderful and fun experience, not too heavy but gave us lots of information. Loved the whole day and his photography skills have created some lovely precious pictures. Highly recommend this day.

Cairo with Pyramids Day tour - Fantastic day out with a very knowledgeable guide Ahmed Waheeb who ensured we got the most out of our trip. Highly recommend and would do again.

Great guide, not the best organization - This trip gets only 5 stars because of our guide AHMED WAHEEB in Cairo. All other aspects of the trip like organization and communication would be rated as lower as 3 stars. We were asked to move the trip due to flight times, which we agreed too. We made different plans for the next day but were asked the in the late afternoon to change back to original dates. My wife had to cancel her diving excursion but fine….than they figured that out hotel is further away from Hurgada and ask for another €30,00. Strange because you are adding your pick up location to your reservation. When saying that I was not happy about it, I got bombarded with messages and calls to justify this charge. Even when on tour I was called. They stated that I didn’t want to pay the additional charge which was not true, already confined to the guide I would pay just didn't agree with it. Lots of noise for nothing. Another member in our group didn’t get his optional tour which he booked before as well his entrance to the piramide was not registered with them. All of those things shows they are not on top of their things and lacking to provide the service they promise. Would not be necessary and you could get easily 4 or 5 stars when all would have been nicely communicated and organized.

Very friendly an flexible - Our guide Ibrahim Foda and driver Amir brought us to all stops we wanted. The also replanned the trip, so that we could see the GrandEgyptianMuseum, too. We got a lot of information about the history of Cairo und Egypt. Great experiences! 🙏

Amazing day! - Honest review July 2024. Amazing 5/5! Upon arrival at the airport in Cairo, we were greeted and directed to a comfortable van with good air conditioning. We met the driver Amir and tour guide Ahmed waheeb. We started an amazing day in Cairo. The men arranged the day according to our wishes and order, providing the pros and cons. Ahmed's clear explanations and information immediately made us feel comfortable. Along the way, you get a lot of explanations about everything you see around you and also top-notch explanations at the well-known sights. He enjoys taking photos and does everything to make it fun for the group! Truly a top day!

A must do!! - Sarwat, our guide, made the day so special! We visited many places and our final stop was the Pyramids. This is definitely worth doing, and made the most of the day more via plane. Thank you so much Sarwat!!!

Bucket List trip! - I booked the tour one day trip to Cairo by plane. Taking in pyramids, sphinx with extra add on horse and carriage, followed by Egyptian Museum, a walk through Khan Al Kalilli bizarre ending with a boat ride (optional) on the Nile. I was picked up from hotel at 4.40am. We landed in Cairo at 7.30am and were picked up in a minibus by our guide Ahmed and driver Khalid were brilliant and fun from the start. A group of 8 in total, and we all had such a laugh in company. we were given water and cola for the duration of the trip. Ahmed knew his stuff and was very engaging and entertaining- it really was a laugh! All the while telling us extraordinary history and facts throughout the day. The group all agreed on extras such as the camel/horse ride at the pyramids and the boat ride for one hour. Halfway through we were taken for lunch and this was delicious and much needed. All in all the day was absolutely superb, the highlight of my trip to Egypt and I would repeat the trip as it was so interesting but that’s partly down to Ahmed and Khalid. The only bittersweet moment for the whole group was the 2105 flight back to Hurghada was cancelled and we didn’t take off until 0015am, which meant I return to resort just after 0230am next day. A very long day but the delay was out with anyone’s control. Thanks again Ahmed and Khalid - absolutely 5* recommendation!

AMAZING, Great organised, great tour guide - Sarwat & Mahmoud thank you for Thursday, it was great! Ride was smooth full of jokes and info about their beautiful country & ofcourse the city as well. Sarwat takes the time to get to know the group & you personally. Very trustworthy very sweet. Gives you also the opportunity to explore on your own. The planning/agenda was very well organised. It was nice to let go and let someone take charge. Thank you for that FTS Travel! It was amazing riding to the piramides and also seeing it from the city, such a magical feeling. We have also organised another 2 trips with FTS Travel: To the city of Luxor and Eden Island. Can’t wait!!

Great guide, poorly organized - Guide in Cairo was great. He made the tour memorable. Tour organization was not the best, we were asked twice to reschedule. Also been asked to pay extra for transfers. Company claims it’s all stated on the website. At the end the fee was waived. A member in our group booked 2 optional tours. The company was not aware. One he missed and the other one, the company finally found and he could do it. Overall, not a great impression that they are on top of their game. We were dropped off 4 hours before departure at the airport where there is nothing to do and nothing to eat. Could also be differently organized with a (optional) dinner or other program in town
