Incredible experience and service - We had a great experience going for a hammam massage. The staff were so friendly and the driver even dropped back my glasses which I left behind. Incredible service.

Rahma and Omar are the best massage therapists. - I had the pleasure of enjoying a massage and a transfer service from the hotel to the spa and back, and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. The transfer itself left a great impression – the driver was very polite and allowed me to connect my own music via Bluetooth, which made the return to the hotel full of laughter and good vibes.
The massage itself was exceptionally professional and satisfying. The therapists showed great expertise and dedication, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy every moment.
The only downside was the hygiene in the spa – the standards left much to be desired, and this is definitely an area for improvement. Nevertheless, the quality of the massage more than made up for these shortcomings, making it a visit worth considering, especially due to the professionalism of the massage therapists.

Massage - Definitely one of the highlights of the holiday so far, I have had a few Hammam massages in Egypt and Morocco and this is the best by a country mile!!!

Excellent Spa - I visited this spa with my partner, and we had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the team was welcoming, professional, and attentive to our needs. The ambiance was serene and relaxing, setting the perfect tone for a rejuvenating time. The therapists were highly skilled, making every treatment enjoyable and truly worthwhile. My partner and I left feeling refreshed and pampered. I highly recommend this spa for anyone seeking a top-notch, relaxing getaway!

professional massage with Hint , the amazing massouse - I have booked 2 hours massage again with her and was feeling uncomfortable when the manager lady lied to me and said that Hint was busy for 2 hours with a client and she wanted to give me someone else which definitely wouldn't accept after asked her 3 times to go inside and check for Hint masseuse as booked through the agent with Hint finally she accepted that there is no other way of negating me. The place is not as clean as should be and is noisy and smells of cigarettes around. All the services are rushed there was no drink served as is mentioned in the description! Thank you Hint bless your serving heart!

Basic facilities but a very good massage - This is a basic venue very cheap price, on the plus side was the collection and drop off to and from the hotel, friendly driver and massage staff however the towels given to us were not clean, too small and were damp and smelt frowsy. There should be new clean smelling large towels for all guests. We were asked to change in the mens changing room. There were too many men talking loudly and walking around the area which is not good when you are a female in a state of undress. I rather pay more and go elsewhere. I would not go again.

Good masseuse but lots of delays - The masseuses were good, but there were a lot of delays. My booking was for 5pm but the pickup arrived at 5:15pm which was fine. We arrived at the spa just before 5:30pm and then had to wait around an hour to be taken in. We entered the Sauna at around 6:30pm. We didn't receive a welcome drink but received water in the Sauna at around 6:40ish. We were meant to use a Jacuzzi as part of the package but we didn't get this either. We finished just before 8pm and arrived at our hotel at about 8:15.

Let down - Great massage shame about the rest, booked for a two hour massage. Hectic on arrival loads of tourist just sat clueless. Finally went in the massage was great but my wife was made to lay on someone else’s dirty wet towel then she complained and made her stand bare feet on the wet dirty floor! Afterwards no drinks were offered as it was said in the activity they would, it stated jacuzzi spa and sauna however they never allowed us until I argued and showed them. Mixed sauna and steam all cramped doesn’t look very hygienic toilet was abysmal no private changing areas only 2 stars just because the massage was actually great.

Experience received not as advertised - Massage was good. However did not receive what was advertised. No sauna, jacuzzi, steam room or refreshment. Place was not very clean & a towel was placed over me that was damp & obviously used by someone else. No essential or perfumed oils used.
