Impressive experience - The trip was well organised and we learned a lot. You do feel that there is a schedule but that is normal as the sunset will not wait for you. They know exactly how much time there is left so you will not miss any of the important things. Maybe one good thing to know is that this is in de desert so you will be going there in jeeps. This is not a comfortable ride but set your expectations correct and it definitely is not bad either. And as a last point, we had Nasser (aka Marshmallow) as a guide who did his job perfectly. Very friendly and knows what he is doing.

A great and VFM experience recommended to anyone coming to Hugharda! - Amazing experience! Recommended to anyone coming to Hugharda. For the price mentioned, you get to do safari with jeeps into the desert, then learn about traditional Egyptian ways and see farm animals, meet and ride camels, see the sunset in a hill and the whole desert below, then a wonderful well prepared dinner in a nice tent, with candle lights, and then stargazing with the telescopes they have set up. 100% VFM. No hustles, no pressure to do anything you don't want. Just a great relaxing time with lots of fun!

Star Gazing in desert - We had a wonderful afternoon out in the desert with Scorpion Safari. It was great to see all the animals and a bit of bedouin life style. We watched a lovely sunset , had a meal and then star gazing. We saw Jupiter and 3 of its moons. Arabi and his friends were very entertaining and funny

Highly recommended. - A great trip out. The jeep ride was exhilarating - I have no idea how the driver found his way back in the dark - very impressive! The bedouin dinner was tasty and plentiful. The best bit was the stargazing - the lack of light pollution is amazing in the middle of the desert. Through the telescopes we saw Jupiter and two of its moons, the rings of Saturn and craters on the moon.... just fantastic.

Nice experience but no stargazing and not suitable for small kids - First I want to mention we had 2 small kids and we asked if it was suited for them before booking and we were told it's OK... IT IS NOT OK!!!! Don't go with small kids... I would have rated this 4* if I were a couple with no kids... After that I want to say we booked a stargazing tour and there was no sunset seeing and no stargazing but there was a nice dinner and a show which was rushed.... Also our guide preferred to speak in German than in English even if everybody understood English and only 2 people understood German... The icing on the cake was driver of car number 1 that on our return trip drove really dangerous ... We felt very unsafe... (all the other drivers where ok...) That being said the tour was organized quite well, not a lot of time being wasted, nice activities and quality food... Though dinner was rushed unfortunately...
