Magical Desert Safari Under the Stars – Guided by the Amazing Arabi - Magical Desert Safari Under the Stars – Guided by the Amazing Arabi If you're looking for a desert experience I can't recommend our guide, Arabi, enough. He has an incredible gift for bringing the desert to life. His respect and love for the desert were contagious. But the highlight of the trip came when the sun dipped below the horizon. As the sky turned from orange to deep indigo, Arabi invited us to sit in silence and simply watch the stars appear. Then he began pointing out constellations, planets and stars. With no city lights around, the sky was absolutely breathtaking — and Arabi's explanations made it even more magical. It wasn’t just stargazing; it was a journey through time, culture, and the cosmos. Arabi’s calm presence, deep knowledge, and poetic way of sharing it all made this trip unforgettable. If you want more than just a tour, if you want an experience that stays with you go with Arabi. You’ll leave the desert with more than just photos you’ll carry its spirit with you.

Unique - The whole experience was wonderful. Our guide Hamed has tried very hard. Terrarium is a bit modest but the animals are worth seeing.

Perfect Experience - This was undoubtly one of the best experiences of our trip. From the fun adventures on the Jeep on the way to the beduine village with a group of fun and good-mooded driver and guides, to the seeing how the beduines live and tastinfg their bread, along with the most wonderful sunset and finishing with a special dinner and, for me the highlight: the stargazing in the most stunning sky I have ever seen - everything was perfect and the perfect way to end our trip to Egypt. Our guide Abrahim deserves for sure a special mention and thank your for the amazing explanations both on the beduine tribes and how they live as on the stargazing, showing an extraordinary knowledge on esch serial we were seeing and always kind and willing to answer our questions, trully made a diference.

Amazing stars - The Stargazing and Camel rides we're good, food and Bedouin village was okay, and the jeep was fun although very hot. Warning to view the sunset you have to walk up a steep slippery path.

Jeep drive, dinner and stargazing - Ideal for anyone wanting to try out something different. Not suggested for families with young children. Duration 1430hrs - 2230hrs. Driving on dunes, experiencing Bedouin culture, short camel rides, climbing slopes to take in the view, dinner and a lesson in astrology and its importance. While I recommend excursion and FTS where exceptional, there are some considerations worth taking note of: Dinner was basic and restroom facilities were unusable within a few hours. Not surprised as area is desolate and obviously not easy to obtain provisions and water. Driving jeeps for few hours till we arrived was a fun experience but return journey driving on bone-rattling 'roads' in pitch darkness was an exhausting feat even for our incredible drivers.

Good and bad points - The drive was long to get to the desert and lots of us were crammed in a van sitting sideways very uncomfortable. The dinner was such a small portion, we had to have another dinner when we got back to our apartment afterwards. They should arrange for more food according to the amount of people coming. Then we were freezing, obviously no ones fault but maybe some blankets could be provided for winter months. I had four layers on and was still freezing as we had a bit of freak weather for the week. The guide who talked about the stars etc was great though, can't be faulted. Also the driver should have asked if we minded a more exhilarating drive over the bumps in the desert because it made me feel sick personally.
