Amazingly special experience - I actually have no words for how amazing and experience this was. From the moment I booked i was contacted and all details confirmed
When we arrived we were greeted by some lovely people and were offered other service on top if we wanted but did not feel pressured
They mentioned collagen and I purchased the facial which was so reasonable in price
Then onto the experience booked
We had the amazing facial then were led to the sauna, then met by Maria and shaima (name spelt wrong apologises) who escorted us step by step to the steam room then the foam massage then jacuzzi then bath
They took time and showed compassion when I began to cry (personal reasons) they made us feel special
I would 100% recommend this and I know I'm gonna book it again when I come back

Good experience - relaxing - Was really great. Massage was good and my dude was friendly. Transfer was quick. Hammam massage wasn’t really my thing but sauna, normal massage and pool was lovely

We hebben eerst een massage gekregen dan in de sauna en stoomcabine. Erna werden we gewassen+ masker en jacuzzi - Friendly people, they make shure you have the best expierience ! The massage was verry good! Also everthing was well cleaned

Cleopatra spa treatment in Hurghada - The treatments were good and the staff very friendly. The sauna was very hot, we liked the jacuzzi and the coconut peel. The massages were good and relaxing

Disappointing Experience – Not as Advertised - I booked the Cleopatra Hammam therapy expecting a 2-hour session, but the actual therapy lasted no more than 1 hour 15 minutes, with the pickup and drop-off included in the 2 hours. The massage was good, but the steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi, bubble soap massage, and scrubbing were rushed and felt short. The hot drink provided wasn’t very good either. Overall, the session didn’t meet my expectations, and the experience felt misrepresented. Improvements in time allocation and service quality are needed.
