Cleopatra Hammam Hurgada - We were neatly picked up at the Hotel and returned. A somewhat secluded street but that made up for the hammam inside. A very good quality price ratio. Suggestion: For that price, you can give the person you are working on a nice tip for the time they take for you. To avoid confusion, the booker informs that the hammam has a different name than Cleopatra. Sondos Turkish Bath and Spa

Just try it.., you’ll love it ! - This is an absolute must do if you’re in Hurghada. We’ve had a lot of massages in our lives but never the Turkish bath/ Hammam massage. It’s amazing ‘. My husband and I left feeling so relaxed. It’s hard to put in words how it feels.., just try it.., you’ll love it. Wish I could take them back to Hawaii with us ;)

An absolute must if you’re in Hurghada - This is an absolute must do if you’re in Hurghada. My husband and I had the VIP treatment and we can’t stop smiling. We were so relaxed afterwards. This place is amazing. I wish we could take them back home with us. The bubble experience is hard to explain but you absolutely have to experience it.

Lovely - The service was really good from the time I booked it. Clear communication. Driver came to pick me up from my resort. Upon getting to the spa, the hammam was really good and the massage. Excellent

Great spa for small or long indulgence - The massage experience was very good. The masseuse Rada was very nice and took care of my back pain. The timing for pick up and drop off was timely. It at all, a bit longer in the jacuzzi would have been better, but the sauna and the steam bad were up to my wish. Would recommend this any times. This was the second time coming to the Cleopatra spa and both times I’ve enjoyed it.

Great hammam EN massage for a good price. - Great hammam for a good price. The three of us used DE sauna EN steam room. Then enjoy a hot tub. This was followed by hammam EN very good massage. Really enjoyed and highly recommended. Also the transport to EN from hotel was fine! Thank you guys!

Not recommended for those seeking peace and quiet - Not recommended for peace seekers – disappointing VIP experience We booked a VIP hammam treatment in Hurghada as a family in early August 2025. The hotel pickup went smoothly, but the facility itself did not meet our expectations for a relaxing wellness experience. The entrance area was unkempt, the reception room overheated, without air conditioning, with lots of flies. The procedures seemed uncoordinated, the changing area was extremely warm. The sauna and steam rooms were short and crowded. Hot tub areas seemed unhygienic, one of which was initially declared out of order, but later filled with guests – the water was cloudy. The Hammam room itself was noisy, windows and doors were open – not a relaxed atmosphere. The treatment was superficial and not professional. After the Hammam we were offered tea, but they immediately tried to sell additional services. Positively noteworthy is the massage at the end – this was pleasant and well done. The staff were friendly and helpful. Conclusion: Friendly team, but overall a disappointing and unprofessional experience. Not recommended for recreation and real relaxation.
