Day in Luxor - I recently did the Luxor tour from Hurghada with HurghadaToGo, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in Egypt. The small group (only 4 of us) made it feel very personal and relaxed. The minivan was super modern and comfortable brand new 2025 model maybe and the whole trip felt confortable. We visited all the top sites: Karnak Temples, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and the Colossi of Memnon. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made ancient history come alive. Lunch by the Nile was delicious, and the stop at the alabaster workshop added a nice cultural touch.

Thanks Viator - I highly recommend traveling by mini-bus, especially for the day trip from Hurghada to Luxor, which took about 4 hours each way. We were picked up from our hotel right on time, and our tour guide was excellent. We began our visits at Karnak Temple. I have knee and leg issues, and two ladies in our group used walking aids, but our guide was very considerate throughout the tour, allowing us plenty of time to take photos and enjoy the sites at our own pace. Visiting Luxor was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us, and we truly enjoyed it. The guide was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and even adjusted the pace toward the end to accommodate everyone. I’m very glad I joined this tour and would definitely book with Viator again. We are especially thankful to our guide for making the trip so enjoyable.

Must visit Luxor - Our day trip to Luxor with Hurghada Togo was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we were picked up bright and early, everything was organized to perfection. The ride was super comfortable, our guide was not only knowledgeable but also really friendly, and the itinerary was crafted to help us make the most of our time there. We explored some of Egypt's most iconic historical sites, like the breathtaking Karnak Temple, the intriguing Valley of the Kings, and the stunning Temple of Hatshepsut. Walking through these ancient marvels felt like we were stepping back in time. Throughout the day, the team at Hurghada Togo went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. They treated us to free drinks multiple times, keeping us refreshed and comfortable under the warm sun. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. All in all, it was a fantastic day packed with culture, history, and excellent service. I can’t recommend Hurghada Togo enough for anyone eager to discover the magic of Luxor from Hurghada.

Day Through Time our Luxor Adventure with AZ Travel - The sun had just started to rise over the Red Sea when we boarded our comfortable minivan outside the hotel in Hurghada. We were a small group of six, strangers at first two couples from the UK, a solo traveler from Canada, and myself. But there was something about the quiet excitement of the day ahead that connected us instantly. Our guide, Ahmed, introduced himself with a warm smile. "Welcome to your day trip with AZ Travel. I am your Egyptologist — your storyteller for today," he said. With that, we set off on the road to Luxor. The ride took us through dramatic desert landscapes and sleepy villages, and as we approached the Nile Valley, the colors changed from golden sands to lush green fields. Ahmed filled the drive with tales of ancient gods, pharaohs, and the everyday lives of people who lived over 3,000 years ago. His passion for Egypt’s history was contagious. Our first stop was the magnificent Karnak Temple — a colossal open-air museum that seemed to defy time. Walking among its towering columns, we marveled at the intricate hieroglyphs while Ahmed brought the stories to life. “This isn’t just stone,” he said, “it’s the voice of a civilization. After Karnak, we crossed the Nile by motorboat — a peaceful, breezy ride with views of Luxor’s West Bank ahead. We were treated to a delicious Egyptian lunch at a quiet local restaurant. The table was filled with aromatic rice, grilled chicken, tahini, fresh salad, and soft pita bread. Over lunch, our group swapped travel stories and laughter flowed as easily as the mint tea. Next, we explored the Valley of the Kings. Standing before the entrance to the tomb of King Tutankhamun, it felt surreal to be so close to the legacy of one of history’s most legendary figures. Inside, the tombs were rich with color and detail — sacred texts and artwork carved deep into the rock. We made a final stop at the Colossi of Memnon, the giant statues standing like eternal sentinels over the Theban necropolis. As the late afternoon light bathed the landscape in a golden hue, we all stood quietly, taking in the moment. The drive back to Hurghada was calm — a gentle silence filled the van as everyone dozed or stared out the window, reflecting on the unforgettable journey. What had started as a simple day trip had become a vivid dive into the heart of ancient Egypt, made personal by the intimacy of our small group and the insight of our guide. AZ Travel had delivered more than a tour they had given us a story to carry home.

An Unforgettable Day Trip to Luxor - We booked a full-day tour from Hurghada to Luxor, and it was hands-down one of the best travel experiences we've ever had, everything was incredibly well organized. The early morning pickup was right on time, and the vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned — a huge plus for the long drive! Once we arrived in Luxor, our guide was waiting and was absolutely fantastic — knowledgeable, passionate, and incredibly friendly. He brought ancient Egypt to life with fascinating stories and insights at every stop. We visited the Valley of the Kings, Karnak Temple, Hatshepsut's Temple, and stopped by the Colossi of Memnon. Every site was more breathtaking than the last! Lunch was included and served at a charming local restaurant with authentic Egyptian cuisine — so delicious and filling after a busy morning of sightseeing. There was plenty of time for photos, questions, and even a quick boat ride on the Nile (optional, but totally worth it!). The whole day ran smoothly and never felt rushed, despite how much we were able to see. If you're staying in Hurghada and want to see the wonders of ancient Egypt without the stress of planning, I highly recommend this tour. It's a long day, but absolutely worth it. We came back with unforgettable memories and a much deeper appreciation for Egypt’s history. Don't hesitate — just book it!

Hurghadatogo - Hurghadatogo is really super attentive to all requests and has great attention to detail. the excursions were really excellent with well trained guides. amazing time travel the wonders of luxor. Speechless instead it was the visit to the pyramids, where I asked my girlfriend to become my wife and even there Ahmed outdid himself by letting me find a red carpet and flowers practically in the desert, making the atmosphere surreal. Thank you thank you.

A Truly Unforgettable Experience - I would book this excursion again in a heartbeat! Everything was so well organized, and the stops were perfectly timed, not too long, not too short. Our guide, Mohammad, was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and focused on sharing the most important and interesting details. The car journey was a bit more adventurous compared to Germany, but that’s part of the experience, Lunch was delicious, and we really enjoyed the meal. If you're planning to visit the Tomb of Tutankhamun, it costs €15 per person, and the Nile cruise is €10 per person—both well worth it! I’d also recommend bringing a small tip, as the locals truly appreciate it. The trip felt safe at all times, thanks to our attentive guide and the presence of security throughout, not just at checkpoints. Overall, a very impressive and worthwhile experience—highly recommended!
