Great boat, great crew.... - Great boat, great crew. Just remember to bring a jacket as it can be chilly first thing. Pick up was at 6:50am and the driver was outside on time. Photos are charged at 35usd which is pretty steep imo.

Amazing experienced - Went on the premium cruise today on the Royal 1 had an amazing day on the water and in it. Saw dolphins, scuba dived, snorkelled, parasailed and went on the inflatable sofa. Much appreciation for the patience of the scuba diver instructor and also to Mohammed who looked after me during the snorkelling and afterwards. An amazing day. Sue

Complete tour of the wonders of Hurghada - My girlfriend was skeptical at first, the price was really high compared to the competition, but she had to change her mind. Once we left the port we sailed about 40min to reach orange bay, where we could stay an hour and twenty, the first positive thing about this trip was that we were the first on the island. Then from there we made two snorkeling stops including and a diving (with the addition of 10 euros), we only snorkeled, because not having the license you are more free to move (those who do diving without a license can do it but with an instructor who supports you). Between the two stops we had lunch on the boat and ate quite well (it would be nice to eliminate plastic altogether, glasses fly into the water and the beaches are full of these). Last stop for the water games near the port of return. There is an included massage that you can take turns using at any time of the day. Remember to tell the reception the license plate number of the taxi (otherwise they do not let it enter the security gate of the various hotels) to avoid that the other people in the taxi wait like us 15 minutes each stage. In the end the price is worth it, it is a day trip where you see and do a bit of everything.

Excellent trip well worth it. - A totally excellent trip and very good value for what you get. It was a very big boat with plenty of very pleasant staff. The trip includes a very good buffet, tea, coffee and soft drinks. A trip to a nice island. Snorkelling, a trial scuba dive on a one to one instructor. A back massage and a banana boat ride. I would say a must do in Hurghada.

A** 100% - Throughly enjoyed. Would highly recommend anyone using this operator for this excursion. Andrew was an amazing tour guide and Amir was a brilliant photographer. Well worth the money for the amount you do on the day.

Best boat trip in egypt - So far this was the best boat trip we did in egypt , very high Standart service and everyone is so funny , food is perfect and everything is more than perfect

Load of crap. - We paid in full up front, were given no pick up time from our designated hotel other than the start time of 7.30am, we received no correspondence from the tour operator, text, email, message via WhatsApp, viator or trip advisor. On the day of the trip, we received a call from the hotel reception at 6.45am just at we were getting out of bed to day the driver had arrived and was waiting, we rushed around getting dressed, got to the reception at precisely 7.07am and the driver had left, the hotel reception called the driver but he did not come back. We are £88 out of pocket through no fault of our own, zero correspondence from the tour operators, they refuse to give me a refund, even though they failed to give a pick up. AVOID THESE LOW LIFES

Awful company, aggressive, dirty - This is to respond to your very aggressive response to our one star review which you clearly had no idea what you’re talking about. 1. Okay if you only need 15 mins then why were we at the dock for nearly 2 hours which meant the part of the trip that everyone actually liked was cut short by an hour? If you want the photos I took during the 2 hours at the dock with timings I’m more than happy to repost this again 2. The diving equipment was extremely worn and did not look safe, we watched the divers and watched as one of your guests repeatedly told the instructor who was trying to drag him down that he was inhaling water 3. You do push people to write a 5 star review, we had to do it or were met with aggression when trying to give any other number. Hence why I’m leaving the review here and not on get your guide as we now cannot give an honest review on there because of your awful and aggressive crew. Look at other views on trip advisor, Andrew did it to everyone. One reviewer stated that he even grabbed her phone and wrote the 5 star review. If he did that to me he wouldn’t know what would have hit him as I don’t take kindly to such upfront aggression 4. Your bathrooms don’t get cleaned. I tried to use it and your crew wouldn’t let me go in until they grabbed a dry mop, with no water or disinfectant and mopped dirty toilet water all across the floor which we then had to go into, it wasn’t dry and certainly wasn’t clean. Why would I take a photo of a wet floor? What does that actually prove to anyone? You’d call me a liar either way 5. You clearly don’t know who we are as we did in fact come down to lunch, looked and turned away because it looked like dirty dishwater and smelt like it too, it looked absolutely vile and instead of leaving us to it, your crew pushed and pushed for us to come down for a good 15 minutes when we told them no multiple times that we would not be eating lunch. 6. Okay if you have so many drinks why did you run out of everything? Including cups and every fizzy drink you had on board? You only had water left which we were fine with but were reusing peoples cups rather than washing them which is disgusting 7. That isn’t our hotel so you clearly have no clue about the customers you’re having on board. We were staying in hurghada, close to the port in fact so there’s really no excuse. The fact of the matter is this is one of the worst companies I’ve ever booked with, their response to my initial review says everything about them. You can say what you want about your trip, make your customers seem like liars all you want but ultimately your company won’t last as it is, your trip is absolutely disgusting and so are the members who you employ who try to force everything on their customers. Any customers book anywhrere else but this place. You will 1000% regret it. Ultimately, you can’t put lipstick on a pig, it’s still a pig
