Amazing experience with great and genuine customer service - Amazing experience, highly recommend. Ahmed, the Cruise Manager noticed that some of the people were not confident doing snorkeling so he arranged a special trip to a small island for them while the others were enjoying the beautiful underwater. This is definitely one of the highlights of this holiday !!!

Netefari - I had a wonderful day at Nefertari! The place is so peaceful and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and made me feel special. Everything was clean, relaxing, and perfectly arranged. I’ll definitely come back soon!

Value for money totally inappropriate - Food delicious and boat worth seeing but unfortunately the 200€ for about4,5 hours not worth , Free drinks in mini plastic cups ( Coke, Fanta, Sprite )the rest is again extra to pay and very expensive ,the snorkeling and the reef disappointing even at the hotel much better, the boat ride there and back takes max.1 hour the rest the boat is only in one place ,View from the glass cabin under water is not convincing
