Great views, fun walks and smooth trip - We had a great time on this tour with Nathan, our guide being a fantastic knowledgeable host. His insights kept the long rides interesting. The views were amazing along to route and we were blessed to have pretty clear skies. Loved the Tahune Airwalk where we did the three tracks. Hastings caves were awesome with cave guide also super enthusiastic. The warm apple pie and fresh apples Nathan stopped off to get us as we headed back were a nice touch to end the trip. Thanks Nathan and Team!

A great tour. - Our pick up time was 7am, our guide , Gino was already there. We had a small group of 8 ppl which was good. Our first stop was at a bakery to have something to eat or buy something for later on. A drive through Huonville valley , which was a nice town with a big bay. Then a stop at Hastings airwalk, have 3 walks to choose from, we did the tall tree walk, over a few bridges and a stream, which was nice on a beautiful day, the trees were not that big or special . Next part of the walk over 2 very narrow bridges were a little nerve-wracking , but not that long so was ok, the other bridge , you could feel the vibrations more. We stayed there for 2 hrs which was enough time to have lunch also. The drive to the caves was 1 hr away. We walked through a rainforest to get to the cave , with some amazing original trees that have never been logged. The guide for the cave was great , and was so informative , with many nice dolomites and crystals there. Then a stop at Franks cider bar, where we could purchase a 'paddle' of cider samples at $12 ea. Gino said it was about 2 full drinks worth when asked how much we get , so purchased one for each of us; when they arrived it was such a large quantity ( as l'm not much of a cider drinker ) each sample was labelled with the amount of alcohol in ea. ( gave many away to other people on the tour ) also treated to apple pie with cream which was great. Gino was a great guide, as was the tour.

A profound lessons by nature - A sublime lessons from nature. On the air bridge walk, the surrounding eucalypt were scorched black, and yet new green shoots were sprouting. New life were also sprouting from decayed trunks. Lesson: Life does not end, it generates a new cycle of life. In the Hastings Caves, nature taught us a lesson to be patient. It took millions of years to form the most amaazing Stalactites and Saylagmites. The most amazing "artistic Sculptures" by nature that no humans or machines can ever create. A dreamland where your imagination can form all kinds of images. You don't feel living leaving.
